Whether it’s our meticulous cleaning guidelines, or 325 ft. of water frontage, or the fact that we are just 1.5 blocks to the sand, if you read our reviews, you’ll see we are one of the few properties on VRBO that have a true 5-Star rating. Additionally, we are the closest 4-Bedroom vacation condo to the sand, and our unique waterfront location means dolphin sightings from your balcony are almost a daily occurrence. In addition, each Guest is assigned a Guest Coordinator who is available 24/7 should you need assistance. This complimentary service is invaluable for those who have not been to Clearwater Beach before. We also provide our Guests with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and a beach umbrella. We are so eager to make sure you’re comfortable from the minute you arrive, we provide you with a welcome basket an assortment of treats, a $10.00 coupon for ClearSky Café, and "two" under-building parking passes. We went on a girls trip, right after Hurricane Helene and Milton and were a bit nervous about it. Bryan reassured us it would still be a great trip and he was right! Every time I messaged him with a concern or question he would call me with in 5 minutes to answer questions. He was thorough and detailed. He met us upon arrival, there was a welcome basket with snacks, everything was perfectly clean, there were tons of beach towels, regular towels, extra blankets, a whole walk-in closet of sand toys, beach toys/balls, 6 Tommy Bahama chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella. He had some coffee to get us started, the beds and furniture were comfortable, the condo was clean and quiet. We loved the balcony, it was large and had lots of seating, and was a beautiful view. It was a short walk to the beach and shops. Really there's nothing more we could have wanted. To top it off, Bryan cam by the condo one day to drop off a dozen donuts! I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this was the best one yet! Thank you Bryan for a great vacation! ##### Jamie T. The place was immaculate and nicely decorated. Bryan our host was very helpful and explained the area to a tee which made our trip more relaxing. Location was fabulous. But the best part was our dealings with the owner/manager. He was the most responsive and helpful owner we have ever dealt with. Our experience staying here and the communication with the host Bryan, was top notch! After booking, I reached out to Bryan for recommendations on fishing charters. He responded quickly with detailed info and the people who went absolutely loved it! The condo itself was immaculate. The attention to detail was like nothing we've seen before in a rental property. Every convenience of home was thoughtfully considered. Beach chairs, beach towels, and even a beach cart was provided. The pictures do not do this property justice, it is stunning and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect and accessible to everything. Bryan was a spectacular host and his knowledge of the area is invaluable when it comes to making recommendations. When he says he is only a text or phone call away, he means it. Thank for everything...we couldn't have picked a better place to stay and it will be hard to stay anywhere else in Clearwater! ##### Anne Marie D.
