The layout of the room itself was okay, except for cleanliness and low water pressure. The floor was covered in sand, and while there was a broom, there was no dustpan. The towel left on the range handle still had someone's food in it, so it clearly hadn't been washed. But that's not even the worst. They sent me the list of regulations shortly before check-in, while I was still driving, so I didnt have time to go over them thoroughly. I should've read them again upon arrival, because the next morning, as I was going to their gym, I looked over where my car was parked the night before and it was gone!!! They had my car towed because I wasn't parked in a spot marked "reserved" on the asphalt. While I clearly parked in the wrong spot (I didnt know it at the time), I was within the complex and in front of my unit. Anyway, I didnt know if it had been towed or stolen. I was completely rattled. I eventually found out it had been towed and had to get an Uber to take me 21 miles away to St. Petersburg to get my car. A 26 Uber ride and a 498 towing charge later, I was able to get my car back. Initially after discovering our car was gone, we called the host's number and had to leave a voicemail, for which they never bothered to return our call. In addition to the parking incident, they also want their guests to know, that if you make too much noise, they'll fine you 1000 and then kick you off the premises.
