New ownership so our calendar is wide open! Boutique style oversized 2-bedroom condominium. Exceptionally wide and large 1410 square ft. of living space. Stunning ocean front corner unit with southern exposure and lots of natural light and many windows. Very quiet property. Beautiful white sand beach. Completely remodeled, all new brand new floors, all brand new furniture, new mattresses, newly painted, new windows, new doors, etc. Coffee station and wine bar, three separate balconies. Workstation with full size desk with printer. Washer dryer. Internet and cable TV included. One covered parking spot and ample parking for a second car. Heated pool and a pool bathroom. Owners are 30 minutes and a phone call away, Beach chairs, umbrella, in convenient downstairs storage. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from our large, private, ocean-facing balcony.  
  
Caddy's Restaurant 7 min away. Seaside bird sanctuary 2 min away. Salt rock Grill Restaurant 4 min away. John's Pass Village 10 min away. Or walk to Broke and Bored Grill or Coco Wood Grill. 35 minutes to Tampa airport.

The unit has a well-equipped galley kitchen for easy viewing to the dining area and living room! The primary bedroom has king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a foldaway cot in the unit. You can enjoy your morning coffee on any one of the 3 balconies.  
This is a truly beautiful condo in a relaxing community. You are sure to take away great memories of a vacation spent here at Lighthouse Point!  
  
A 30 day minimum booking is required for this property.  
  
Lighthouse Point is in Redington Shores on the Gulf of America. The property offers a large pool, Come take some time to relax on Redington Beach!  
  
Any questions you have before or upon arrival we will answer either though e-mail or a simple phone call.  
  
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, Please wash and put away your dishes and empty any trash before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.  
  
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.  
  
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.  
  
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
