Amazing views on patio and short walk to beach. Dont need a rental car because everything is within walking distance. Kitchen area is all newly updated and stocked with everything needed to cook and eat in. The washer and dryer was a bonus and they even provided beach towels. There are some chairs to take to beach but there are rentals also available on the beach. We spent most days on the beach but did enjoy a couple days at the pool. Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, bars. As many reviews have mentioned, having the bar directly across the street with live music all day into the evening was a huge plus! This condo is located right on the beach. Pool was enjoyable and clean. Communication with management was fast and helpful. The only negatives would be that the guestroom did list two twin beds and a double but in reality, it is one double bed with a twin trundle underneath. Also,we just assumed, (our own fault, ) that the grill would be propane yet it is charcoal. So we did not end up using it. A suggestion would be to list that it is a charcoal grill. The rooms were nice and there were 2 beds (trundle) in the second bedroom. We also used the pullout couch bed. Kitchen had most things you need and having laundry in the condo was convenient. The location was excellent with everything you need within walking distance except groceries. Shops, restaurants and activities abounded. If you dont lime this area, you are boring. Boring or not, you can walk to the beach. Sunsets would be amazing from the patio or beach but we had clouds at every sunset.
