Westwind condos are truly the best kept secret on the beach! Sitting directly on Boca Ciega Bay and only steps to Sunset Beach, you’re within walking or biking distance to Treasure Island and St Pete Beach. Step inside, and you’ll fall for this elegant one bedroom/ one bath abode, completely remodeled and sold fully furnished! Enjoy an open floor plan with pass-through kitchen for easy entertaining as well as luxury vinyl flooring throughout which makes for seamless clean-up after a day on the beach. The newly renovated kitchen boast stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops while the bathroom is also sparkling new and features a sleek walk-in shower. Your primary bedroom has a King bed and plenty of closet space. The complex itself includes access to Boca Ciega Bay, a community laundry facility, plenty of parking and a private dock where you can fish or simply watch dolphins play. This is the second year I've stayed at this property, and I enjoyed it as much or more than last year. The location is perfect. The beach, multiple restaurants and bars all just an easy walk away.

Another wonderful summer 🐬

Second time around staying in this condo ❤️Again it was a wonderful experience in the summer time heat on the gulf at Treasure Island. A special treat meeting a few of the residents & owners that live here full & part time. Everyone was so kind & very helpful with any questions on where to eat & places to see. The beach access across the Blvd is icing on the cake from this sweet condo & it’s what makes this location a sweet find. The beach is not over crowded & the sunsets are spectacular. Kelly is accommodating in every way. Here’s to another wonderful stay on this little piece of heaven & I’m looking forward to next summer 🏖️ Thank you

This place is really located in the perfect spot on Treasure Island. Simple walk to the beach, great bars and restaurants walkable within minutes.

A little piece of heaven by the beach

This lovely property is just a dream come true. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated with great linens and a king size bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and gadgets. This location is best for any beach lover like myself. Just a few steps away. Great restaurants and local spots for your dining pleasure. Kelly accommodated me with an earlier check in & much my surprise, a bottle of my favorite wine waiting when I arrived. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels- it’s all there available for you. I was blessed with my sisters who came to visit with me during weekends. It was fabulous! My entire month in Treasure Island was one of the sweetest summers thus far. Thank you for your hospitality and making my retirement summer one of the best! I would recommend this little gem to all of my friends & I welcome you to check it out for yourself ❤️
