This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo faces West providing you with amazing sunsets from your private balcony! With direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pass out to the Gulf you will enjoy a little bit of everything. Freshly painted, newly updated master bathroom, newly updated kitchen, washer and dryer in the condo and newer furnishings are just the beginning of what you will find in this 3rd floor unit. There is a 2 week minimum for this condo. \*\*Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone. Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
