Two full sofas for folks to sit comfortably. TVs in both bedrooms. Walk-in shower was fabulous. My daughter had a broken foot. The walk-in shower was a big help for her. Parking was great, pool and beach are very close, easy access to unit from elevator and stairs. However, fridge leaked on the floor every day. Called the manager to have someone come but nobody ever did. Woke up every morning to a puddle on the floor. Sofa’s and chairs are worn out. Sofa’s have a piece of plywood under the cushions to prevent sagging and are very uncomfortable to sit on. Time for new furniture to justify the cost of this rental. Unit could have been cleaned better by cleaning staff. Cups, dishes and cutlery were dirty and found a pair of socks on the floor from previous renters. ##### Paul B.
