The condo was beautiful but not ready at check in time. Housekeeping was running late and that was ok. The problem was they didn’t sweep/vacuum the floors. And the rest of the condo looked like it had been cleaned very superficially. I notified management and said if the unit had a vacuum I would have done it. Instead of apologizing and sending someone over to complete their work they brought me a vacuum! I’m just disappointed in how it was handled. We didn’t spend a lot of money on a condo to have to finish cleaning it. We didn’t let this cast a shadow on our stay. We really liked Treasure Island and area. We’ve traveled a lot and rented many condos and have never encountered this situation before. We usually never complain about anything. The view of the beach, water and sunsets was breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed.
