### Lakeview preserve paradise

Spend your days exploring Clearwater\\Safety Harbor while staying at Lakeview Preserve in your private 3\\4 acre , 3 bed 2 bath home on Alligator Lake which supports microbes to mammals. We are one pet friendly with a non refundable fee of $100 to be paid upon arrival.  
  
The home is 2200 sq ft and 2500 sq ft of outdoor space  
  
You will arrive to a colorfully-landscaped and classic Florida home on one level in a well-established neighborhood filled with mature trees and sidewalks. There are 4 Parking spots in the driveway as well as free street parking. The solar panels keep our energy costs down and we pass these on to you. On the side of the home is a 10x20’ roofed boat shed and you can launch from several boat ramps within 1-5 miles  
  
The Interior Space   
  
The interior is a semi-open plan, one of the living spaces, to your immediate left, has comfortable upholstered furniture and the big TV. Adjacent to this living space and kitchen is the piano room, furnished with a fab baby grand (once played by Leonard Bernstein) and a large picture window. The kitchen/game/music/dining/relaxing area is in the middle of the home. The back wall is entirely glassed with a view to the giant screened-in terrace and, further, to the lake.  
  
The kitchen has every appliance and amenity as your own home’s kitchen. This is the perfect area to cook in and to bring everyone together. The dining table seats 8 and there are an additional 4 stools along the counter. There is a game table to enjoy the board games and puzzles provided. In this part of the home you will also find a bar/conversation area with 4 comfy chairs and large ottoman.   
  
BR1: The master Bedroom has a lushly-made king bed, good lighting and dressers, TV with Netflix , 2 closets and its own bathroom with a single sink and tiled walk-in shower.   
  
BR2 and 3: Both are generously-sized and beautifully decorated, one with a king, the other a queen bed, places for stuff and good lighting. They share a large bath with a jetted tub and a shower head. In the hallway is the linen closet with your paper products, soaps, hairdryer, and linens.  
  
The Outdoor Space   
  
The screened pool/terrace area, where you will likely spend most of your time, has multiple seating areas around the pool and a large sectional facing the stone fireplace. There is another dining table which seats 8-10\. The walkway leads to the marshes which protect the lake.   
The added bonuses to the property are the beautiful Silver Palms and Elmo. Elmo is the Great white heron who visits every morning. You will find a package of hotdogs (her favorite food) in the fridge for you to share with Elmo.   
  
The home is suitable for 6- 10 people. It is most comfortable for 6 adults as the additional 4 will use the 2 air mattresses.   
  
The Area   
  
You will be spoiled for choices in the immediate area. Clearwater Beach and its while sand beaches was one again named favorite beach in the country with the best time to visit…’anytime of the year’. The home is just 15-20 minutes from Tampa International airport and 10-15 from Clearwater\\St.Pete airport. The village of Safety Harbor is 1 short mile away. Here you’ll find all variety of restaurants, shops, breweries, parks and the Marina, which juts into the the Old Tampa Bay and where you can rent a kayak or just go Manatee spotting. The historic spa on the bay offers plenty of spa services and fronts one of the city parks. There is a bike\\walking path stretching 5+ miles along the Tampa Bay.

#### Needs just some simple upgrades

Wish the property had some beach chairs, Plastic ware for taking not only outside but for the beach,cutting boards for food prep, a bit more cleanliness, less furniture and a rug for coming in from outside as it is slippery. The outdoor area is great but the couch was not really an outdoor couch with outdoor fabric. Couldn’t sit there long bc it was moldy and allergic reactions would start up. The other chairs Outside had obvious mold On them. The bare bones of the property are great just needs simple upgrades.
