The room was ok, I sanitized it with Lysol wipes and it was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was big, light and clean, however, the furniture was old, the ceiling was dark, and the breakfast was awful: mouldy bread, very scarce. On the last day there was no breakfast at all, because the food wasn’t delivered to them.

Was treated rude and was asked to leave without any notice. The manager Cynthia would Not listen to anything i had to say and was NOT willing to work with me on allowing me to stay until I could get some help. I will Never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. She was not allowing me to use my free night. I don't like the way I was spoken to and treated. A formal apology should be given to me

No microwave or fridge in room, elevators not working and we were on the third floor with heart condition. Deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website left us low on money and drug activity in the parking lot was scary

Floors were filthy. Trash ? from the last guest all over the floor when I got to the room. Walked barefoot to the tub and the bottom of my feet were grey. Had to call the office four times to get the floors done. They finally cleaned the floors the night before I left. Also stopped by the front desk because one of the bedside lights was out. Two employees told me I was turning on the light wrong. Finally talked to the GM and had a light bulb dropped off in the room after two days. Phone and bedside clock were sticky and dusty.

Property was very dated. Room was dirty. The bed sank so far in the middle it was like you were sleeping on the floor. Walls were paper thin. You could hear the conversation next door like they were in the room with you.

Saw two roaches within the first five minutes of unloading all our things into the room. Moved us to a different room it was cleaner but overall it left a bitter taste in my mouth. Limited options for breakfast and road traffic in front of the hotel was very noisy.

The staff was very rude and inconsiderate when I informed them (Santiago) of the expired milk I was given at the complimentary breakfast that they offer. The employee staff member had no remorse, didn’t even apologize. Just thanked me for informing him. Didn’t offer to replace spoiled milk from 02/25/2024 or compensate in anyway.

Good price at the last minute to book on a Wednesday for one night. Staff was great. Bed was clean and comfortable. Looks like they are working on cosmetic improvements. One of the power outlets in the room does not work. Had to move the microwave into the bathroom to plug into a "convenient" working outlet. Haven't had the continental breakfast yet, That's tomorrow. Sucks that it's only available from 6am-9am... SHOULD be available until 10AM!!

We had roaches in the room, the furniture was falling apart, the toilet was clogged the entire time of our stay and the property was not that clean. I usually stay at la quintas and out of all my experiences this was by far the worst. I really hope management/corporate starts to pay extra attention to this property because it is a real bad look for this chain.

I’m shocked that this property is under the La Quinta brand. I’ve stayed at dozens of La Quintas all over the country and this one ranked so far below any of them that I can’t believe the franchise allows these conditions. It is undoubtedly the loudest property I have stayed in, the room was a mess with hair all over the bathroom (both dog and human), old candy lying I the corner, broken furniture and flimsy connecting doors to the room next door. There are artery streets on both sides of the property and one is elevated so there is no escape from the noise. I even went out and purchased earplugs in order to get a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and efficient for check in and checkout, but that doesn’t make up for the absolute subpar quality of the property. I wish they allowed us to post pictures so I could drive the point home further.

Not sure who the other reviewers of this property were but the hotel was not clean! Very old. TV did not work. Door closed but the seam of the door did not shut so you could see outside from the bottom of the door frame.
