This beachfront gem is the place for you! Luxuriously furnished with granite counter tops, wood cabinets, tile floor, top of the line appliances and furniture, and is professionally decorated with over 1,400 sq.ft. of living space.

Listen to the surf as you have dinner and watch the sunset from the huge balcony generously appointed with lounge chairs and tables. This end unit, has windows in every room to let the Florida sunshine light up all your rooms. Amenities include: Heated pool, Jacuzzi, gas grill, covered parking, and elevator. Indian Rocks Beach is known for its soft sugar sand and year round good weather.
A short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, live entertainment, shopping, and a pharmacy. Bike rentals, paddleboards, and boat rentals also close by for your convenience.
Located three miles south of Clearwater and nine miles north of St. Petersburg, there are numerous attractions nearby including Busch Gardens (45 minutes), Legoland and Disney World (90 minutes) to mention a few.
This non-smoking/no pet condo
With the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard, you can enjoy stunning sunsets while you bask in the crystal blue waters along the white sandy beaches then return back to your unit where no luxury is spared. What a great way to spend your vacation!

A beautiful place on the beach
We loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. This two bedroom condo had everything we needed and more. Close walk to restaurants and CVS Store and on the trolley route. Condo was in good shape and ready for our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much.

The property is in great location. The condo is clean & comfortable. There was an issue with master toilet. I contacted the owner. She contacted a Plummer & the problem was resolved within couple hours. Very pleased! I would stay there again!

Wonderful Two Week Stay
This unit was exactly as described and totally met our expectations. It was clean, kitchen was extremely well stocked and layout of the condo spacious with beautiful views of the gulf. We were able to walk to several restaurants, a CVS and ice cream shops. For a short drive away, there are many attractions to visit (nature parks, botannical gardens,etc). We had fabulous sunny weather which was a welcome reprieve from the cold rainy weather of Boston. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thank you Anna Marie!

Perfect location!
This is our fifth visit to Indian Rocks Beach, but the first time staying in this unit. You cannot beat the views and location. Owner was very responsive when we had a question upon check out. Would stay here again!

Perfect location, quiet beach, beautiful view
The condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to all the bars/shops/restaurants, but it felt tucked away that we were in our own quiet paradise. The unit is on the end right above the hot tub on the second floor facing the ocean. When we were at the condo, all our time was spent sitting on the patio watching the fisherman catch small sharks off the beach or talking with new friends in the pool area. This part of the beach was so much quieter than a mile north due to the big public beach area. We were so happy with how quiet the beech and entire condo unit was. The condo unit has an elevator and the entire and the parking is assigned under the structure. It felt very safe with a lot of lighting. The condo had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The living room had reclining couches which were also very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. There’s nothing negative to be said about the facility itself and the amenities. The only negative (this is minor and will not deter me from ever staying again) is that it wasn’t exceptionally clean. The unit was definitely cleaned between each renter, but the floors and trims throughout could use a deep clean. Also there was a lot of dust and some spider webs in the corners of the rooms in the ceiling and on the windows where there were fake plants. Again, this is completely nitpicking and it’s a rental, so it’s understandable. Overall, 5 out of 5!!

Our check in was difficult because the condo had not been cleaned due to an error on the cleaner's calendar. We were not able to connect with owner, but fortunately the cleaner's card was on the frig, and she came immediately when we contacted her. We love the location and the beach.

Perfect location amazing sunsets
This was in the perfect location close to everything we needed. Being on the beach and having access to the pool and hot tub was the best. The sunsets were amazing. The condo could use some TLC and updates on the linens and rugs. Had no place in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or put personal items.

Perfect getaway!
We loved our stay at Anna Marie’s condo! The location was perfect. The pool was clean and shaded nicely through the morning. The beach access was great and it was nice to have the storage closet for the beach equipment and toys so less sand came back to the condo with us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part was watching the beautiful sunsets each evening on balcony! We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Great location and condo
We had a great time! The unit was great, clean, and fully stocked with amenities. Host was always responsive to any needs. The ocean view can't be beat! Enjoyed the pool area as well. Would definitely stay here again.
