Ideally, this rental would work best for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 smaller children. The one bedroom has a dresser and space to hang clothes, but anyone sleeping in the living room/kitchen area will need to live out of their suitcase. The one full bath is through the bedroom, so the people sleeping in the living room / kitchen area need to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. We didn't mind this at all, but we also didn't fully understand the setup when inviting our 2 friends to join us. We made do and were comfortable, but others should know what the space is truly like before booking. The listing says "sleeps up to 4". Also, the kitchen was fully equipped to cook and the extra unit used as a beach supplies storage unit had everything needed to enjoy the beach comfortably. The owner has 4 bikes for use which we took advantage of to pop the 1/2 mile down to CVS, Winn Dixie, or Speedway for things like groceries, ice, or soda/drinks. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The beach is literally across the street. The owner was there daily and quick to take care of anything needed.
