Belleair Beach’s gulf-facing, pristine white sands are renowned as relaxing, quiet play space surrounded by impressive, sedate waterfront homes. Claim your little bit of paradise in this recently remodeled one bedroom/one bathroom gulf-front condo. Wake to shore birds patrolling the surf line, dolphin pods swimming the coast and the best front-row seats to sunsets. This cozy condo comfortably sleeps 2\. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and two nightstands. A sleeper-sofa bed is in the main room for extra guests. Porcelain tile wood flooring, white quartz counter tops, glass cook-top burner, and new white appliances adorn the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. Appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and drip pot coffee maker. The unit comes with a smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area. The condo is located on the bottom floor near the elevator and ramp for easy access to parking. Resting just 45ft from the unit is a heated pool, which faces the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for wearing the kids out after a long day of exploring Gulf Blvd. or simply relaxing. Feel free to utilize all we have to offer: Gulf Beach frontage, usage of gas grills, lounge chairs, and shared laundry on the 3rd floor (coin or operated via smartphone app - $2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry). While Belleair Beach is quiet, within 5 miles you can access a wide variety of restaurants, a Publix supermarket and quality shops along Gulf Blvd including all the amenities and attractions of Clearwater Beach. If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Some of our favorites include Columbia Restaurant Sand Key, Café De Paris Bakery, Villa Gallace, Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, Caretta on The Gulf, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Seaweed, E&E Stakeout Grill, Sea-Guini, and Cesare at The Beach are within 1-6 miles from the unit. If you are feeling ‘beach mellow’, leave your car parked and hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. We are fewer than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, one-time home of dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2 and Clearwater Beach attractions to the north. Or head south to Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach. This condo was the perfect home away from home for the two of us for the week. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to Clearwater Beach, but away from all the traffic and crowds. The kitchen space is pretty limited, but we knew that when we rented the condo and we made it work. Quiet part of sand key minutes to mainland stores,strip mall with 5 restaurants, 15 to Clearwater hr to St Pete. Were able to do day trips to excellent rail trail ,Caledisi island and Fort Desoto. Dog friendly with hard working maintenance man on site busy every day. Ac and ceiling fans keep it cool 2 tvs with samsung plus,netflix,amazon And fast wifi. This spot is a winner down the street from Indian shores restaurants and kayak/ boat rentals.Residential area safe and quiet.Mgmt co communication was great. Only 2 items we missed were onsite bike rental and oven but had 2 stovetops and microwave. ##### Bob L. From the very first initial conversations with Lance and Joanna, through the booking process, to check out, it couldn’t have been easier. Upon arrival, opening the door and seeing this beautiful condo in person, was sheer delight. It was exactly as pictured. How refreshing to have your expectations met. Everything you needed was there and more. The view was incredible. Dolphins and sunsets and long walks on the beach.
