Our room was down to 52 degrees at one point with nothing more than a blanket and small portable heater to help. Understand we were there during a cool time in FL, but you have to be able to shut off the AC in your room. If you aren’t aware, some of the rooms are located in a larger building with shared access to a common area. The description and pictures made us believe we were staying in part of a cottage. Just be sure you know what you are getting. The location is good, easy to walk all around Dunedin. ##### Matt C. The location is perfect. Only a few blocks walk from downtown Dunedin. We brought our bikes with us as the bike trail is right next to the property. The property is very clean, the check in process and communication with property management is perfect. Waters, coffee and snacks are available in the common building. I didn’t realize it would be a room in the house and not the bungalow so the instructions were slightly confusing. The walls were a little thin so we heard our neighbors really well when the talked.
