As you enter the home you are greeted by a large indoor/outdoor entertaining area with 16 ft sliding glass doors that pocket back to reveal a beautiful patio nestled alongside the water. On the next level you will find the Great Room with yet another oversized balcony that offers sweeping views of the clearwater beach skyline! The living room has been tastefully appointed and flows into the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary items to cook yourself a lowkey breakfast or have a chef come in to prepare you and all your guests a fabulous meal! Our family of 8 stayed here right after Christmas for a week and it was a perfect place for us. Everything was in good working order, and it was very clean upon arrival. Check in and check out was seamless: very easy to access as we were sent the door code ahead of time and when we departed, we had a binder with easy instructions on what to do before we left. We flew in so we were able to rent a golf cart and keep it in the garage which helped so much because traffic was heavy the whole week we were there. The place is absolutely beautiful and a great location - a short walk to the beach and many awesome restaurants. The condo was clean and beautiful. Very spacious! We also appreciated the beach supplies such as a football, frisbee and beach chairs. We had one issue with a door that wouldn’t lock… I messaged the owner and he responded within minutes with a helpful tip and we figured out it was user error :) Also, during our trip (early October), we saw dolphins every day right out the door!!!
