Location is amazing with John's Pass 2 short blocks away, plenty to do without having to drive much. Suite was good, plenty of room, big beds and couch, decor good. Normal issues of drains slow (from sand), beds very firm ( a little too firm for me), and overall normal wear and tear you would expect from a condo. The beds are so comfortable. Balcony has plenty of seating. Big comfy couch, different than pictures. We like the distance to Johns Pass. It’s far enough to be away from the busy part of the beach, but close enough for a comfortable walk. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony! Easy check in/check out , parking a little tight, but doable. All issues that were brought to management were instantly responded to and an immediate fix offered . Enjoyed the stay except when someone knocked on our door and opened it before we could announcing they were the pest control company! Pool was only open from 8 am to dark and food/beverage rules in pool area were very strict. And it was inconvenient to have to have a key to get on and off of beach and also to pool area.
