It’s on a busier street but it was pretty quiet. The walls are thin so you can occasionally hear the neighboring renters. I felt like the paperwork/communication was overwhelming but understand this is to protect the owner. The park is right down the street and was a great place to hang out with the dogs! It is an "historic" neighborhood and is an old home that has been divided into several apartments. Although there are some updates, think "quaint", not "modern." It is SMALL! Very limited storage space. Tiny shower. The bed was comfortable, but otherwise the furnishings were a bit shabby. And you can hear everything from the other units (two of which are separated only by closed and locked doors.) We liked to location - as noted, it is walking distance to a nice city park and several bars and restaurants, and only a short drive away from the heart of downtown. Also convenient to visit Tampa, St Pete Beach, Clearwater and Anna Maria Island. But we were there for 18 nights and it was not comfortable or convenient for that long of a stay. ##### Sarah G. I liked this place a lot and hope it is available next time we come to St Pete! I found this unit clean and attractive, and nicely decorated without being tacky. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. I woke up early and took the beach cruiser out for a bike ride and really enjoyed it. ##### Rachel H.
