Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter. I found out it wasn’t going to be open while we were there a week before we arrived on the 6th. but we could use the chairs by the pool on the beach. When we arrived the manager told us we could not use the chairs so we had to go purchase two chairs and pay another hundred dollars! Then after a couple of days they were telling people they could use the chairs! There were NO amenities! Not even a grill to use!The weather was very windy during the two weeks we were there and chili so we left a day early.Last year we stayed for a month at a condo just for units down for half the price of what we paid for two weeks at this one!
