Property is really outdated, very 80's looking worn rugs bedding. The room keys kept losing the ability to open our door and I had to go to the desk each day we were there. Our room had nothing but cold water, went to the front desk and they kept telling me someone would come look and nobody did, I even told a supervisor of the front desk. When I asked for a manager none was available (Easter Weekend), this was really depressing for the price of the room. The front desk had folks that were not really good at speaking english and they were hard to understand.

Not really family friendly, the most shallow part of the pool is 4.5ft. Rooms are dated and dirty, online photos are misleading, ocean views not what posted of the gulf view. Its more like an inlet view, Not the ocean!!!! Breakfast was an awful buffet at Jimmys onsite restaurant. People smoking various things on balconies not even able to open sliding door. Overpriced and misleading.

We got in late at night and the front desk clerk was the perfect start to our stay. The facility is older as other reviews have said but it is well taken care of and very clean. From day one all encounters with any staff was friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants are so yummy and it is an easy walk to the beach or shopping. We would stay here again!

Location is great, short walk to beach. Room could use updating, box springs old and broken. One of the two elevators was out of service, the WiFi was down - pool area needs more seating . Not a good value for the money

This property is minutes away from the beach, restaurants, shopping opportunities. Very nice pool with beautiful sunsets. The rooms are adequate and the staff were nice.

The property was nice but NO beach access like advertised. LOTS of construction in the area. The rooms have furniture that was older and out dated. Staff was nice. For the price, we would not return to this hotel as there were others that were more updated with closer beach access.

We stayed here over spring break. Loved the two bedroom unit! It gave us plenty of room for the little ones to roam around! Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean! Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The only thing missing was a hot tub. Pool water was a little cool, so would’ve been nice to get in a hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful view from the Balcony. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property has not been updated in a while and could use some polishing and maintenance. Very comfortable beds, rooms were large and spacious with the right amout of amenities. A suite for 6 people merits a drip coffee pot, not a tiny single use Keurig you have to wait for the water to heat for each cup. Pool was wonderful. Restaurant was great, food was delicious and service was good. Live music for happy hour was nice. There's not a great beach right in front of the hotel but it is not a long walk to the south end of Clearwater Beach and the beautiful sand, clear water, and gorgeous sunsets.

Great walkability to shops, bars and restaurants. Safe convenient parking. The girl who checked us in at our arrival 8 pm on Tuesday night needs job training; she never even gave us our bfast vouchers. The other front desk staff the next two days were fine. The pool deck looks onto the ocean which is lovely but could use some more shade umbrellas. There is a small beach but no chairs nor umbrellas - I miss having that esp at a beach hotel in Fl. The bfast restaurant staff were super nice and provided great service though neither my husband nor I enjoyed the bfast or the restaurant vibe. The hotel could use a sprucing up esp for its nightly price.

Best open air sunset bar and deck right by the Gulf. The pool is also great with a nice Tiki bar and located right up against the Gulf. We do not mind the short walk to the beach because these views from Jimmy’s Iguana Bar and pool are so worth it! We really enjoy our stay every time. Recommend some upgrading/refreshing, but otherwise love it here!

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. We booked it about 10 mins before we checked it. It was very clean and staff was nice. Pool was really nice. Only downfall was it was very dated but pleasant none the less. Would stay again.

The pro's: hotel was in a great location with a very good view. The con's: The facility needs freshening up. We had a non-smoking room, at least I thought. Burn stains in the room and an ash tray on the patio with burn marks on the chairs. The phone was completely unhooked along with the hand set. Towel rack fell off in our hands and the room AC looked like it was falling apart I'll stop there. I only stayed one night for the purpose of a local venue. I'm not in hospitality so maybe this is the way hotels run now..... sad !! We did have dinner at the Columbia restaurant that I would recommend. Excellent food and wine with a great atmosphere.

My review, The good, I have stayed here many times. the lobby is inviting, and the staffs warm friendly greeting was perfect. The Bar / restaurant and nightly entertainment out on the deck were and are always great. 👍👍👍 The not so good. The rooms are clean but are getting very dated, heavily banged up furniture. Large scratches and chips missing, some need touch up, some needs to be replaced. The dresser drawer's hardware, guides and pulls are loose and in need of attention, door hinges and other hardware are rusty and need a little cleaning and oiling. Starting to remind me of a motel 6 than a Holiday that we all know and love. I am a maintenance mechanic, see something, say something, do something.

Hotel is fine. No frills rooms, but gulf views are amazing of course. Pool is awesome and tiki bar is fun. Jimmy's fish house is excellent. Food and live music... Chefs kiss! Biggest draw backs... Facility itself is a little aged once you get past the lovely foyer entrance. And there's no hot tub. Major bummer! Freezing cold. "kiddie pool" where the hot tub should be. And the breakfast is not complimentary. For an average hotel which charges a $32a day resort fee they provide nothing more than basic hotel service. There is nothing "resort" about this place. Its nice and well likely be back if they drop the resort fee, otherwise we'll find a someplace else. It's not worth the extra $32/night.

My review for hotel One Stop Shop When I first arrived I was not real impressed with the lobby and our room. The carpets looked run down and the pool area looked so much smaller than in the pictures. I wondered if I'd made the wrong choice. But breakfast the next day was very good. The pool started filling up and the towels were easy to access. Once we were in the pool the view of the ocean was fabulous. The pool didn't seem so small once it got busy. The Tiki bar was nice and close. We talked with guests who had been there before and they told us about the happy hour appetizers while sitting at the bar. That was great. We enjoyed the music on the patio both nights. Every day we used our breakfast coupons and enjoyed the waffles and chicken, waffles and berries, omelets, biscuits and gravy, and the coffee. The thing that was really nice was we didn't have to go out to find food to eat. It was all there. The cleaning, desk, restaurant, Tiki bar and pool staff were all very nice. If they would put New beds in the rooms and update the carpets and interior of would be a 10 across the board. I would stay here again. But the rates should be lower for the conditions of the rooms. They may lose repeat customers for that reason.

Better than expected with great accommodations. The most comfortable bed and pillows better than 5 star hotels. No back pain for once. Restaurant on site great breakfast. Lunch/dinner oysters were super small and expensive. Like location of hotel. Front desk afternoon and pm Staff great.
