Kindly set the trash can on the sidewalk early in the morning on the day of the pick up or the night before the pick up. \- The lawn is mowed by the professional company on Fridays. \- Safety outdoor cameras (front and back) are set for guests' convenience and safety. Tampering is not allowed and will result in a $500 fine. \- This is a nonsmoking home. Indoor smoking is not permitted and will result in $500 fine. \- The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Hot water was adequate for the six of us and water softener was very much appreciated. Back yard had one tree losing a lot of needles, which made the area a little messy around the hot tub, but overall very nice. From the beginning working with Aleksandra was a joy! She was responsive, accommodating and very helpful. The house from the outside just looks like a typical Florida ranch, but the inside was beautifully updated and roomy. The kitchen and pool were beautiful. The location was nice as well because it was close to Clearwater beach, honeymoon island, Tampa and the little town of Dunedin was a must visit! We loved it so much we actually extended our stay one more day! I highly recommend and can’t wait to book again! ##### Nicole O. The pool was large and looked out on a lovely natural setting with no one behind. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Especially loved the drive down the coast along 699\. Shopping was fantastic in downtown Dunedin and at the Sponge Docks. We also enjoyed three Blue Jays games at the TD Ballpark which was just a short drive away. ##### Lynda M. Nice pool and hot tub if want to take a day off from going to the beach. 20 min to the beach and about 5 min to downtown Dunedin where you will find quaint eclectic shops, restaurants, winery, breweries and ice cream shops.
