July 3rd 2025 update: the association at Harborside has just informed us that on Wednesday July 9th, starting at 10:00 a.m., elevator 3, which is the only elevator to access the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors, will be undergoing servicing for several hours. During this time, guests on the higher floors can take one of the other two elevators that go to the fifth floor, and then use the stairs to access their unit.

4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! Just a few minutes' walk to the BEACH!

This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 7th floor "end unit" has been newly renovated and has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal and anther one that overlooks the Water Park. A fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer makes for that perfect place to bring the whole family.

Welcome! This 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 7th floor 'end cap' unit has 2 balconies that offers the best views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Or wave at your family members below as they enjoy the water park.

Unit 7720 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.

This remodeled unit has a fully equipped kitchen, with wood-look ceramic tile throughout, and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has a 55" Smart TV, and a queen size sofa sleeper couch. The master bedroom has a 55" Smart TV, king size bed, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds a full bath, entertainment center which includes a smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and private balcony that overlooks the water park...

Staying in the unit for family night can be fun by either just watching a movie from Netflix or playing one of the many games there for you to enjoy (Yahtzee, Clue, Monopoly, playing cards, Go Fish). Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.

Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located right down the hall from this unit for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and its lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. A beach buggy (includes 4 beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella) is available at a charge of $30 for your entire stay.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar, and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 7720 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

4 water park passes are included; there is also a sun set deck located also on the same floor as this unit.

Jimmy Guana is right in your backyard. Crabby Bill's is a block away; both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is just a few miles away! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's

Free garage parking is available for our guests. Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.

There is a beach cart with cooler and 4 beach chairs that can be rented for $30 for the duration of your stay. If interested, please Let me know when I will request the funds through the site.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Family Relaxation

This property was perfect for relaxation and convenience. It was walking distance to the ice cream parlor, several restaurants. The beach was a 5 mi ute walk away and there was plenty of parking on the street as well as in on property. The unit was as pictured and the beds were all comfortable. The property management company provided excellent instructions and prompt service. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice clean condo in a great location!

We loved our stay here with our son and his grandparents! The condo was clean and as listed. It was conveniently located close to the beach. We spent every morning at the beach and every afternoon at the waterpark. The two balconies were amazing, with one overlooking the waterpark and the other overlooking the intracostal waterway. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Looks just like the listed photos! Cleanest place we have ever stayed in! We loved watching dolphins from the balcony and hearing the nightly music from the balcony as well! Deb, was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to any messages I sent her. Amazing!!!

I cannot say enough how amazing this condo is. All the small details have been thought of and then some. The unit is very clean, well supplied with towels, extra blankets, kitchen supplies plus beach equipment. The beach buggy is a must! It's worth the extra $. Loved watching the dolphins swim by throughout the day from the balcony. The beach is a short walk from the condo, about 5 minutes. There's a CVS 2 blocks away plus several restaurants and shops. No car needed. We will definitely come back.

Another great stay

This was our fourth time staying in this building and second time in this specific unit. We love the location and amenities and plan to return again soon. The unit is great but we noticed a few things that could be improved that weren’t issues when we were there a year ago. The blinds in the front bedroom were broken and let a ton of light in, it would be so nice to have curtains in that room. The door to the back patio didn’t latch without being locked, and the interior doors were annoyingly squeaky. The beach towels are small and worn out and several of the pillows could be replaced. Obviously none of these things ruined our stay by any means but they would be easy improvements to make the unit perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Great location, plenty of room for a family of five and the Waterpark on the grounds was a big hit for our kids. Having two balconies was a great plus! The property was beautiful and a special bonus was access to the water park next door. The decor was awesome and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were 2 areas of concern for me as not such a young person. The rugs kept tripping me up and there were no grab bars in the second bathroom shower. Everything else was perfect.

Amazing condo experience!

This newly renovated condo was perfect for our girls trip to celebrate my granddaughter's 13th birthday. The instructions were easy to understand and communication was quick. The condo esthetics were beautifully done with everything matching. We loved the waterpark, Rum Shack, Snack shack and the Holiday Inn restaurant, Jimmy's. The condo was in an excellent location as it was walking distance to multiple restaurants and just a couple of blocks to the beach. The Jolly Trolly was fun, inexpensive and easy to use. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching dolphins in the canal waterway. We spent a lot of evenings on the balcony, too, as it was very peaceful and a great place to relax. We even saw a manatee our last evening. I would highly recommend this unit. It really made our trip that much more enjoyable!

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed however the pictures don’t even do it justice. The condo is very cleanly and comfortable. My husband, myself and two daughters (11 & 8) thoroughly enjoyed this spot. From spotting dolphins and sting rays on the back balcony to the girls enjoying checking out the pool from theirs we had a blast. Beds were very comfortable. Debi responded quickly to any little question we had. The water park was perfect Wed, Thurs & Friday, no wait for the water slides and found a chair no problem. Saturday was a very busy day for the water park, we spent a few hours there and just went back to the room to enjoy the views. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants and also headed into Clearwater one day to enjoy the “Little Toot Dolphin Adventure.” 100% recommend this location! We plan to come back!

All as described. Debra, property manager, was a great communicator throughout our stay. First time visit to IRB for a long weekend after attending an event in Tampa. Walk to Beach isn’t bad as long as adults are mobile and kids are school-age. Definitely rent chairs and wagon! All amenities as described. Particularly appreciated the separate thermostats in living and bedrooms. Took advantage of balcony view over water park. Something not mentioned where the water park wristbands are concerned is that everyone has to go to park entrance to get their own band. One person cannot go even with all passes to pick up bands for everyone. This is a spot where you park and walk pretty much everywhere. Especially on weekends parking is very limited. Really appreciated the quality of the balcony furnishings—much better than the typical weathered rickety pieces found on similar properties. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Rental in Indian Rocks Beach!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo at Indian Rocks Beach. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and the condo complex featured a wonderful water park that my children absolutely loved! The unit was clean and had all the space and items we needed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Condo

This condo at Indian Rocks Beach was just beautiful. The location was great, we did not need to rent a car since we we not traveling and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It is a quieter destination as there are really no hotels in the area, just condo complexes. We had a great family getaway.
