According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. 4 FREE daily water park passes and garage parking for one car is included! 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! Sleeps up to 8\. King Bed in Master/Primary bedroom, 2 queens in guest bedroom, queen pull out sleeper sofa in Living room. This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and the onsite 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 3rd floor unit has a balcony overlooks the Intracoastal, has a full kitchen and includes a stackable washer/dryer. Located on the 3rd floor, enjoy the views of the intracoastal from its private balcony. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a 3/5-minute walk! Four water park passes are included with every reservation for the duration of your stay. Your reservation includes 4 water park passes per day! Additional passes can be purchase at a discount. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil. Right on the Intracoastal, the water park on premises, 3/5-minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants, live entertainment, bike and boat rentals all right there. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a daily nominal fee. Thermostats must all be on heat or a/c to work. You must go to the gift shop with your water park passes to get scanned and receive your wrist band before entering the park. It is there that you can purchase the additional passes, at a discount. If the parking garage is full, you can park you car along the side street or parking lot across from the gift shop. Each booking gets only one parking pass for the garage. Additional cars will have to pay for parking, unless you can find an open spot on the street. The owner has provided a couple of beach chairs to use for the beach. IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30\. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding! My boys loved the waterpark - though at 10 and 7 they have likely aged out of wanting to return to the waterpark. This may be best tailored for kiddos a little younger. The weather was too cold to play in the waterpark, but we enjoyed walking the beach each morning since it was right down the road. The Vrbo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside were the instructions on finding the place when we arrived. The directions could be more detailed. The coffee maker hardly worked, but the rest of the trip went smoothly. We've stayed in this particular building about 4-5 times and come back each year. This was our first time at this condo and we loved it. It had everything our family of 5 needed. Kitchen had all needed supplies and extra trash bags! Bathrooms were great, but you need your own soaps and shampoos. Walked to several restaurants, stores and the beach. Water park is also great! The unit we stayed in was simply the best. So perfect for our two families and close to the water park. Jimmy Guanas was fun for adults and kids to dance and sing with the band. The water park keeps everyone so safe but it still is fun for the adults to party. We didn’t leave the condo all weekend. Will definitely stay again. ##### Kimberly M. Walking distance to beach and the water park is right out the door. Convenient parking structure. A few restaurants within walking distance and an overpriced CVS with no pharmacy is walkable distance too. A few beach towels provided and the fully functional kitchen is helpful to prepare meals. We have stayed in about 5+ units at Harbourside, and this one was definitely our favorite! It has a good location within the condo complex and it was nicely decorated & clean. It has a nice view overlooking the intracoastal waterway is is in very close proximity to the stairs and elevator for quick access. Also, the third floor is the best floor IMO because you're high enough to get the nice view, but still very convenient with regards to climbing stairs / elevator time. ##### Jacqueline B.
