According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV's. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking. This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 2nd floor unit has a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal. A fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer, a TV in each bedroom and one in the living room. Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. So many restaurants within walking distance, 3/5-minute walk to the beach, located right on the Intracoastal! This is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee. The management company will provide you with the start-up of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, a laundry pod, and dish detergent. It is up to you, the guest to provide whatever else is needed for your stay. There are 3 thermostats in the unit. They can be adjusted to different temperatures in each room but they all must be on heat or cool to work. There will be 2 water park passes in the unit upon your arrival (2 guests per pass), you will need to take them to the gift shop before entering the water park. They will scan them and give you a wrist band to wear while at the park. The parking pass will also be in the room upon your arrival. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. The room was nice and I loved the location on the 2nd floor. Sometimes the elevator runs very slow there so taking the stairs right up to our room was really easy. What really helped with our stay and stood out to me was Debra, the property manager. She was great!! Any questions were answered immediately and she was extremely helpful! ##### Chris C. Loved the area! Easy walk to the beach, CVS, and multiple restaraunts and shops. Only downside to the property is the parking and limited space in the parking garage. Perfect beach vacation. We were an easy walk to the beach, local bars, and restaurants. The water park was fun but packed with people. The property was excellent, just as advertised. The amenities, and the value added items, like the waterpark passes, as well as the proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, was excellent, and the host was super prompt, flexible, and kind. It was beautifully decorated, within walking distance to restaurants , and a short walk from the beach. It was nice to have the passes to the waterpark. People who worked there was very helpful and friendly. Two things we did not like was the water in the water park was suppose to be heated and it was not. We could not go in and enjoy the park at all. The other thing is the price on the web page was reasonable to stay there but what we got billed was double that price. The condo was as described and the location was great. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Communication was responsive. My only suggestion is towel racks or hooks.
