According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. Welcome! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 8th floor penthouse unit has a balcony that offers the best views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Unit 8819 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Smart TV, and a queen size sofa sleeper couch. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, king size bed, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds a full bath and smart TV. Unit includes free Wi-Fi Think it can't get any better?...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor where you can watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. Unit includes a few beach chairs and cooler! Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar, and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. Somehow i didnt realize we were a 4 minute block and half walk to public access to the beach. Guess it was the waterpark with slides and lazy river that distracted us. The communication from property manager was amazing. Asked about checking in early and she made sure we had parking pass and passes for waterpark ahead of scheduled check in then when we had minor issue with lights she had maintenance to our room in 5 minutes. I have nothing bad to say about the condo. The thing that almost ruined the vacation is no elevator to the EIGHTH FLOOR. Both elevators were our of order the entire time we were there. Carrying luggage and groceries up that many stairs was ridiculous. Did I mention the asthma, Lupus, and arthritis I deal with daily? This was unacceptable. ##### Heather Z. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the waterpark was a huge plus for the kids. We spent Friday and Monday at the park and had very little crowds. The firework displays we watch from our balcony every night were great. However, 4th Of July fireworks were AMAZING!!! The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the beach cart and toys that were included. The lines at the waterpark were really long. if you didn't get in line about 20 mins before they opened plan on being in line for a while. Once inside, my kids really enjoyed themselves. The location to the beach was perfect, 3 minute walk. The parking spots are large. They fit my Ram 2500 with no problem. Instructions at check in and check out were easy to follow. And if the parking garage was full you had to park across the street which wasn’t very convenient. You had to get a pass for the park every day that you went down, instead of just giving a pass for however many days you was going to be staying that was a little inconvenient. And let me tell you the elevator was extremely slow and very very very very HOT!!!! They tried to put a fan in there to cool it down but that doesn’t work. Lovely condo with a great view of the water. The water park is only open 10am to 6pm so it quiets down pretty early. I did want to mention the parking garage for other guests, if you have a large vehicle, like a Suburban like we did, the parking garage is very small and dead ends after a round about. I pulled in and had no where to go, it was a chore to get turned around with other cars coming in behind me. The condo was clean and family friendly. If you need a fan to sleep, I suggest you bring one. The beds are super soft, not bad, but not everyone likes super soft. There are beach supplies in the closet by the front door, we didn't know to look in there! Master bedroom closet door sticks, not locked- pull REALLY HARD. Yes, the elevator is slow and could use a fan but I'd rather take the elevator than walk up the stairs! We would definitely stay again !! ##### Tamara G. Great views from the balcony with a comfy lounge chair as well as high top table. Waterpark was packed on the weekend but much less crowded during the week. Used Walmart delivery for groceries and other supplies which was handy. A couple good restaurants close by.
