According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. Welcome! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 8th floor penthouse unit has a balcony that offers the best views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Unit 8819 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Smart TV, and a queen size sofa sleeper couch. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
