This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 5th floor unit has spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. You'll enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by as well as BOTH the SUNRISE and the SUNSET! Unit 5514 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. This 'newer' unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Smart TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, a king size bed, and a spacious bath with walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a full bath, and a smart TV. You can enjoy watching a movie or take advantage of access to free internet WI-FI. For your added convenience you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a wheeled cooler, and a couple other surprises. Think it can't get any better...There are sundecks facing Indian Rocks Beach located at the end of the 6th and 7th floor halls for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's, and a gift shop are located poolside. Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a 3 minute walk from your room. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. It was clean and well stocked. Great location near all of the activities you could hope for. Beaches were well kept and did not feel overcrowded. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Would definitely stay again. A little warning though… if you’re checking in on the weekend, no one is in the office so you will need to call the emergency number given to you on the recording if you have any questions or issues. We had a nice vacation at this property. We thought it was very nice to have the closet full of beach accessories. I say 10/10 to this host for just having hand soap, kleenex and more than 1 roll of toilet paper. Of course I packed some, so I paid it forward and left it for the next guests. My only complaint is that the throw pillows on the couch need to be tossed or get a good cleaning. You can tell people sit on them and they're quite dirty. I'd add to the listing that there's a Keurig so folks can bring their K-Cups from home too. We would definitely come back. ##### Amy E. The pool and water park area is extremely beneficial for families with young to early teenage kids. We loved it! We traveled with a family of 5 with 3 young children. The kids loved the waterpark and we loved having the passes included because little ones only wanted to spend a few hours at a time there and we could come and go easily! Property was easy to find, plenty of parking, and clean. We also enjoyed having the beach towels and gear to use! ##### Anna P. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is the building seems to have some units rented to at max capacity occupancy. We had 4 people in a two bedroom. There were multiple units that had 8 people+ and that causes issues with elevator waits and parking - we couldn't get in the garage. ##### Charles G. We loved the location, and the access to the pool and the beach! Great area to stay for a more laid back vacation away from the really busy beach towns. We loved being so close to the beach, but having access to the waterpark as well. I had my coffee and read my book each morning overlooking the intercoastal waterway.
