My apologies that you did not enjoy the live entertainment. It can be a bit overwhelming at times which is why we upgraded all the windows. Parking is very limited on the beach and can be challenging which is why we only permit one vehicle per room. We hope to see you again soon!

My apologies that the weather was not to your liking. The hot tub was fully functional except for 2 hours after you checked in. Unfortunately, we were waiting on a part.

My apologies that you did not like the view that you booked. We offer you a refund as you were not happy with the room but you chose to move rooms and stay for four days. You have been here numerous times in the past and chose to return. And when I checked you out, I asked how the new room was and you replied that it was great and can't wait to come back.
