Great condo
Property was very clean. Nice location. Just a couple little things, fans and beds very noisy. I wish they would upgrade building and condo to card swipe or code locks. Hard when hands are full to use keys.

The condo was very nice, however one of the beds should be replaced. The hot tub didn't work and that was disappointing. Otherwise the stay was wonderful and would definitely return

We loved the condo. It was clean, updated, great location and right on the beach. The check in process, however, was not good. We arrived about 6:30 PM and followed the instructions given to us in an email. The code we were given to the lockbox was incorrect. I then called the 1-800 number and was told that someone would get to me shortly. After an 11 hour drive, having to deal with a 60-90 minute delay to get into our condo was frustrating. Especially considering I had 4 teenage girls in tow, who's patience was pretty thin at this point. But other than that, it was a great place to stay for a week

Maderia Beach Getaway
We had a wonderful time despite Tropical Storms ETA. Quiet and comfortable unit. Only negative was I think tile floors need a good cleaning...our feet always looked dirty walking around in bare feet. Otherwise fantastic.

Nice
The condo was very nice, and clean. Barb from Sun Host was wonderful. The only issue we had was the key. Having a key with you at all times, to get in and out of the pool, and through the gate to the beach was not good.

Great location
Overall we enjoyed this condo, primarily because of the great location across from John’s Pass & the beautiful beach views. It did feel a bit sterile to us; an area rug in the living room would go far in helping the space feel cozier. We also have never stayed in a condo that did not have any coffee filters, a roll of paper towels or anything other than some salt. The cupboards were stripped bare! Our last day we spent some time in the hot tub, and I noticed later that most of my bathing suit skirt was completely bleached out. I had to throw it away. My husband’s arms have a strange rash on them that I believe is chlorine burn. The pool person needs to do a better job of adding the proper amount of chemicals as this was clearly too much. All in all we would return due to the great location, view & 2 king bedrooms.

The Crimson condo building was VERY well maintained and offered everything we were looking for.
Three bedrooms and three baths in a condo right on the beach and right across the street from shopping and dining options was a great find. The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Awesome Family Experience
This condo was very clean and the owners/management office very accessible as well as very helpful. We had 7 people ages 10 months - 62 years and everyone had a wonderful time. Great beach, great location for John's Pass boardwalk, great fishing location. Whether beach, fishing, walking or relaxing there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing Wonderful Vacation Spot
We had 3 adult couples staying in this condo and it was perfect. It was a sibling/spouse reunion with one couple living in Massachusetts, one couple living in Michigan and one couple living in Georgia. The condo was an ideal size with a wonderful balcony to sit and reminisce...and the nightly gorgeous sunsets topped it off. Very relaxing and easy to cross the street to the fun and exciting John's Pass restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back again!
