Thank you for your understanding! Well situated ground floor recently updated 2 bd 1 bath condo on St. Pete Beach that sleeps 6\. We welcome weekly or monthly rentals to this unit. Enjoy the pool right outside the front door and walk out to the beautiful white sand beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping close by, some within walking distance. Friendly Native #301 with a full kitchen includes full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and a small selection of pantry items A living room with a window out to the pool, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a combo tub shower. Linens and beach towels are supplied. And for your enjoyment beach chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach and pool noodles for the pool are also included. Additionally there is a charcoal grill and picnic area out the back door. Our family had an amazing time. The short walk to the beach allowed us to really soak up the beauty. The pool and pool area was clean, and the kids enjoyed swimming during down time. The condo is on the first floor so it was just a step out the door to the pool. The long term renters were very friendly and helpful. Ice cream shops, shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The condo included a few beach and pool items as well as all the linens we needed for the week. You don't get a direct view of the gulf, but you're just steps from the beach and essentially within walking distance of any other amenities you might want. We loved this beach because it's not overly crowded, it's family-friendly, it has a small town vibe, and the condo pool was a great feature for nighttime swimming for the kids.
