We did have to call maintenance on a couple of fairly minor issues, but they were great about fixing them the next morning. Everything from the time we booked the condo to the time we left was great. The staff at Plumlee was very friendly and helpful. I had to call a few times with questions and easily got through to an employee who was happy to assist. The checkin and checkout process we very easy. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed including a high chair for our 7 month old that we forgot to bring. The location was great with easy access to everything we needed. The person who helped me was very friendly & answered all my questions. Gave me a little welcome bag with info about the condo & about Indian shores it self. I would definitely use them again. It was my first time using them & it was great!! The condo we stayed in at Sand Castle 1 was nice. I loved how the living room & main bedroom faced the beach!! Both rooms had access to the patio. It had a well stocked kitchen . There was lots of blankets & towels. We utilized the chairs for the beach area. We also used the heated pool & hot tub on the property. I will use that particular condo.. There was plenty of things to do on the island & there was local restaurants. My family & I had a blast!! ##### Patricia I.
