Come and stay at our fully renovated home, a wonderful place to relax that's only 12-16 min from Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, and Belleair Beach. 30 min from Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  
Our cozy and modern retreat is located in a peaceful neighborhood, giving you plenty of privacy and a calm atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need to make delicious meals. The pool is heated, stocked with fun toys, plenty of towels, lounge and beach chairs. This is your home, away from home!  
  
Speaking of the pool, we've got you covered with pool toys, towels, and beach chairs, so you can soak up the sun in style. If you prefer to explore the nearby nature parks, splash parks, or dine at local restaurants and cafes, you're in luck! Everything is just a stone's throw away, with grocery stores less than a mile away.  
  
When you're ready to wind down for the night, our bedrooms provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat with plush beds and soft linens. Our house is a new home with all the perks you need to enjoy a perfect vacation in Largo. We can't wait to host you and make your stay unforgettable!  
  
With 1500 square feet of living space, our house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a super comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's rest. The master bedroom comes complete with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV, so you can unwind and relax in style.  
  
Our living room is perfect for lounging and hanging out with friends and family, with a plush leather sofa that can even double as a sleeping space if needed. If you're feeling like cooking up a storm, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a range of seasonings to add that extra flavor to your meals. Plus, we've got you covered with an outdoor propane grill for those summer barbecues!  
  
One of the highlights of our home is our sparkling-heated pool, which is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 80–85 degrees from October 15 to April 15 at no extra charge - unlike other vacation rentals that charge for pool heating. During the winter months, when temperatures are low, we recommend using the pool cover after each use to help conserve the temperature of the water. Our pool is also covered by a birdcage, so you can enjoy the Florida sunshine without worrying about pesky bugs.  
  
Lastly, we know privacy is important to our guests, so we've made sure to fence in our backyard, giving you a peaceful and private space to relax and unwind. We can't wait to welcome you to our lovely home and make your stay in Largo a memorable one!  
  
  
House Location:  
Our charming home is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Tampa Airport, 15 minutes from St. Pete Airport, and 50 minutes from Sarasota Airport. If you're planning to visit Disney World and downtown Disney, you'll be happy to know that they are just a 1.5-hour drive away.  
  
We welcome guests to stay for a maximum of 28 days in our comfortable and cozy home. During your stay, there's plenty to do in the local area and towns, including exploring local eateries, shopping, water sports, miniature golf, Splash Harbor Water park, bowling, laser tag, and trampoline parks.  
  
If you're looking for exciting day trips, the surrounding area has plenty to offer, such as the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights from late November to January 1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, and Children's Museums. Sports fans can catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers football game in Tampa, or check out some pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training.  
  
For your convenience, we allow parking in our driveway for up to four vehicles. Check-in is a breeze with our smart lock system. Come stay with us and enjoy all the wonderful attractions the local area has to offer!  
  
House Rules:  
  
For safety, there are security cameras OUTSIDE the house ONLY at the entrance door and in the backyard/pool area.  
At least one person renting must be 25 or older.  
\- No SMOKING  
\- NO LOUD MUSIC  
\- NO PARTY  
\- No music at pool area  
\- No unreported visitors or unconfirmed guests without prior approval  
\- No gathering beyond the numbers of booked guests. Any unconfirmed guests showing up at the property will result in immediate CANCELLATION and termination of your stay.  
Pool Depth is 3-6 ft.  
We kindly ask that you keep a watchful eye on your children for their safety, and refrain from using glass bottles or kitchenware in the pool area. Additionally, please note that a Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability form must be signed before your stay.  
  
To ensure the optimal performance of the air conditioning unit, we request that you keep all doors and windows closed while it is in use. Lastly, we ask that you refrain from setting the AC temperature below 72 degrees.  
  
  
We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10pm as we are located in a peaceful neighborhood. To monitor the noise level, we use a noise monitoring device that measures the sound in decibels. Please note that this device does not record any actual sounds or conversations.  
  
The pool guy is coming every Thursday between 10:00 am- 2:00 pm for an hour.  
The landscaping guy is coming every Friday between 12:00pm-2:00pm.  
Trash green bin is picked up on every Monday and Thursday by 7am. Recycle (blue bin) is picked up on Monday only by 7 am. It is very important that you take the trash bins to the curb the night before pick up days and return them back on Monday/Thursday.

Great pool, perfect with the screen and overhang, you can enjoy some shade in the afternoons while grilling your brats, great amenities, so many water blow ups, even has beach chairs and umbrellas to use when going to the beach, coolers too. The location was perfect, enormous amount of places to eat out, 2 major grocery stores blocks away. The beaches are less than 20 minute drive. Popped over to Tampa for the aquarium, very nice. This is my 4th stay in a VRBO, this one was the best. 5 star.

Our family had a great time during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and very comfortable share a home cooked meal with family! The rooms are comfy and clean, I also liked that they provided plenty of linen and towels for everybody. The pool area was so much fun and the beach was just a short drive away. Supermarkets within 3-6 min away as well as restaurant options overall we really recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay at the villa and would highly recommend. Villa is wonderful , very comfortable and has everything you need and more. Fabulous pool area with floats and pool games which our children enjoyed. Great location for the beaches which are amazing in the area. We loved everything about our stay and really recommend this villa. We hope to be back for a future Florida holiday. Thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house offered by Ina who is a fantastic host, any issue she is allways there, very good communication. The house is very awesome for a family with children, we love it. The pool has many things for playing for the kids. Very well located near Clearwater and St Pete and only 1 hour to all Orlando attractions.

#### BEAUTIFUL LARGO HOME

On behalf of myself and my family, we would like to thank Ina for her beautiful home and our stay. The property layout,location and amenities were perfect for our family and the home was modern and very clean. The home looks just like the pictures! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We went with our 18 month old son and we felt safe and happy and everything we needed was conveniently closeby. All the places we wanted to visit were all within a 20-25 minute which was awesome. Ina was an excellent host and when I needed to get in touch with her (which was not a lot because we had no issues) she was responsive and helpful! We are already hoping to visit and stay in this home again. We would highly recommend!

This property and Ina were amazing! It was clean and the pool was just what the kids wanted!! Perfect temperature for us WI folk! Lol I would suggest bringing along your own foil, or plastic wrap if you plan on cooking or packing a picnic lunch.

Wanted something close to family but close enough to Tampa for a work trip. Kitchen was beautiful. Lanai was comfortable. Heated pool was great, some hand rails would have been nice. the mattresses were not comfortable. They were a good quality but too squishy. The bean bag chairs need to be upgraded to real chairs or gone. Fence looked like it was ready to collapse. Brick walkway was scary with broken bricks. TVs in the bedrooms would be a plus. Porch lights in front needed. Way too many cameras. Annoying lanai alarm. Overall a decent stay.

#### A Top Jewel Among Rental Choices

The Forever Friday house was just as listed. We found it to be warm & inviting. All the furniture & beds were comfortable while all the appliances were modern & fully functional. Being a retired nurse, cleanliness is always top on my radar. I have never stayed at a property I found to be as clean as this one. Our favorite spot was the covered patio & pool. The area is both kid & adult friendly. The child safety alarm on the patio door was an excellent decision. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you, Ina, for your timely response & accommodations to our questions & requests. We would love to visit again when time permits a longer stay.

Loved the location as it was about 25 minutes to the clearwater beaches. Property has sand lawn chairs for use, beach umbrella and very large cooler. Property was very nice and the pool was perfect for our stay along with plenty of pool inflatables for the kids. Only thing was the very large glass patio doors leading out to the pool had no shades or drapes for privacy on them so you felt a bit exposed at night inside the home. Additional comfortable living room seating instead of college dorm bean bag type seats would be recommended. All in all had a great time and a great stay. We would stay here again. -Chad and Jor W.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was great and 7 of us stayed there comfortably. The kids loved the pool and were in it anytime we had some down time. The house was clean and like the pictures shown. The check in and check out processes were easy and communication with the owner was timely and helpful. The location was the selling point - it is within driving distance to multiple beaches (12-20 minutes) and about 25-30 minutes from Tampa and St Petersburg. We were able to see a lot of the area from our central location. We would recommend this place.

#### Best house on Largo

This was the best stay we have ever had on any short term rental by far. The house was beautiful, clean and neat on every room and corner. The design was gorgeous as well and it felt like a brand new house. We were very surprised as it was the same as shown on the advertised photos. Everything in the house was organized to the core and it really did make us feel at home. My favorite part of the house was the pool, it was clean and the water was perfect. At night time using the pool it was very relaxing. My kids spent a lot of their time in the pool and it was very hard to convince them to get out:) We did use the grill as well which was awsome. House had an outdoor minibar which was very convenient when using the pool. Kitchen was very well organized and here again clean and sparkling:) I loved the master bedroom with master bath as well. All bed sheet were super clean and mattresses were very comfy. House had a perfect location which worked great for us as a family. It was very close from Tampa Airport about 25 min ride, it was about 10 min to Belleair beach, 12 min to Indian rock beach and 12 min to Clearwater beach. It was very close to many bars and restaurants. My favorite restaurant was Rooster fish Grill which was about 2 min from the house. Also, Saint Pete was close as well about 24 min ride. This house made our stay definitely worthwhile. The host was amazing as well. She was very responsive to all of our questions and made sure we would enjoy our time. Thank you Ina for the great hospitality, well deserved. We would definitely come back.
