Enjoy sunny days at nearby Gulf beaches, stroll along St. Pete Beach, go fishing, hunt for shark teeth, or explore Desoto Park and its pristine shoreline. Our home is the perfect base for exploring this wonderful town. It features two bedrooms (one king and two twin beds), 1 large bathroom with double sinks, and a game room with a pull out double sofa-bed and arcade games, plus is a spacious open living and kitchen space. Also, a great back yard completely covered in artificial turf with a private putting green, and 4 person hot tub with plenty of sitting space for everyone. The house is well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The space Welcome to your home away from home! Just bring you flipflops & enjoy! The home features an open floor plan and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. The outdoor space has a large back yard covered in artificial turf, has a private putting green and 4 person hot tube to enjoy. Plenty of space to relax and play. The home is centrally located just 11 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 9.0 minutes from St. Pete Beach, just 39 minutes from Clearwater Beach and only 30 miles to downtown Tampa. The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds and sports courts. The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The game room is also equipped with a Roku Smart TV The master bedroom has a king bed and large closet space. The second bedrooms has two twin beds for additional guests and family. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a share bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion). A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request. My teenage daughter and myself are just back from a 5-night stay at this property. The hosts answered all questions in a quick manner. All that we could need was furnished. The decorations are the most up-to-date that I’ve ever had at a vacation rental. Aesthetic and modern. The property is clean and comfortable. New appliances. Outdoor seating is clean and comfy as well. I enjoyed throwing a small raft in the hot tub on a couple of afternoons to catch a little extra sun. It was perfect!The a/c will keep you nice and cool. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. I did have to purchase a fan at Wal-Mart…. Because that’s the only way I can sleep. Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, Dollar General and gas stations are all near by. I would suggest having your own mode of transportation. My daughter and I rented a car at the airport. We would drive to St Pete Beach area everyday for some beach time, shopping, and meals. Clean, spacious, with all the amenities promised. Location was in a nice neighborhood that provided easy access to beach, shopping, and highways to get to other communities. It was more space than we expected and it had everything we needed + more. The furniture was comfortable, the place was very clean, and the hot tub and gaming room was a fun addition!
