Brand New Listing! Welcome to our tropical flamingo hideaway! This chic open-concept home has been completely renovated and is perfect for those who want a relaxing getaway with water views and a pool! Each room has been tastefully decorated to provide a unique experience for all guests! This home boasts gorgeous sunrise views over the private water in the backyard while overlooking the pool. Less than 2 miles to Indian Shores and nestled a short drive from Madeira Beach & Indian Rocks Beach!

You’ll have the entire home to yourself (1500 square feet) including multiple sleeping areas-- 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 bunk bed with a single and double along with a kitchen, dining, and 2 living spaces.  
  
Don’t worry about bringing a thing for cooking as we offer a fully stocked kitchen along with a propane grill out back. We also have plenty of seating on the large patio around the pool to kick back and relax. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided and if you forgot your hairdryer, we have one of those too. The space is cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning service after each stay. We have high speed WiFi - 300 MBPS, and smart TVs in every bedroom and living room (to login into your (Netflix, Disney & Hulu accounts). Be prepared to reflect, relax, and enjoy the Seminole area surroundings (including beach days, golfing, biking, paddle boarding, swimming, restaurants, and more)! We provide necessities, to include a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella.  
  
Remember- Please respect our home; treat it as your own, and leave it as you found it – clean, organized and free of damage. No parties or smoking allowed.  
  
Please read our house rules and cancellation policy before booking. If you would like to protect your trip for covered reasons outside of Airbnb’s policies, we recommend external trip insurance.  
  
LOCATION:  
This home is in a superb location. Just a 1.7 mile drive to the beach.  
  
THE BACKYARD:  
Step outside to a private oasis into the large sitting area with string lights and water views that overlooks the pool. If you need to break away for some peace and quiet, meditation or a little yoga, this is your spot!  
  
THE POOL:  
The pool is professionally serviced 2x per week. Guests use pool at their own risk.  
  
Safety:  
Guests use the pool at their own risk. Those who cannot swim and/or all children must be supervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult in backyard at all times. Do not go into the pond. Guests must inform us if anything isn’t functioning properly.  
  
HOME AMENITIES:  
This home offers a fully equipped kitchen with all full size appliances and a full-size washer and dryer. The home comes equipped with wireless internet so you may stream your tv selections--this home has no cable tv. We even have 2 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys for you! There is a pack'n'play travel crib available on site as well.

A wonderful rental in a quiet area. Ideally placed for exploring Clearwater, St Pete’s and Tampa. We had a lovely time and the host was extremely responsive to messages. The property itself was spacious and well stocked and clean. We were a group of 5 and really enjoyed our stay.Good sized bedrooms, only a couple of minor issues, one is you have to get into bed in the dark as all rooms could all do with side lamps for the side tables, each room only has a ceiling light which is powered off by the door. And two of the rooms don’t have full length mirrors. Not too much of an issue just sharing for info. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils, glassware etc. Centralised AC but ceiling fans in all areas which worked really well. Plenty of towels and beach towels and also floaties which was fab. Overall would stay again.

Clean property and easy drive to many attractions. It was unfortunately a bit cold the week we went, so we didn’t utilize the pool area as much as I would’ve liked, but they had a ton of pool floaties and beach stuff which my kiddo loved! Would stay here again!

#### Perfect Family Vacation

We loved having 4 separate bedrooms and 2 wings of the house! The pool was incredible and all the little extra touches were great (pool floats, cooking tools/seasonings, beach towels, etc). The master could use a black out curtain option but otherwise the stay was perfect. Hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this spot!

#### bachelorette haven

spent a long weekend here for my sister’s bachelorette and had the best time! the house was super clean and well decorated (photo ready!) and had more than enough space to fit 8 of us comfortably. the pool was well maintained and so fun, and the location was awesome to get everywhere we needed in under 30 mins. kyle was very responsive and answered every question i had within the hour. would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay and spot. The pool on the pond is so scenic and lovely to be at. The house, back yard, location, everything was just perfect for 8 of us to stay the long weekend.

The home was really clean and comfortable, the view was amazing . Kyle was super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of dishes and laundry soap, washer and dryer work great. Pool was awesome and plenty of floats for the kids. They had extra sunscreen and band aids, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable which is really important to me, on the slightly firmer side but so comfortable. The home is decorated really fun and modern. The rules were simple, the neighborhood was quiet and close to food and gas stations. Thank you kyle for an amazing stay.

#### Great backyard/pool & House

First, the owner responded promptly and always helpful and accommodating. We had grand kids with us who needed to use the bathtub, but found no plug for it. I reached out to the owner & one was on order to be delivered early the next day! Very impressive and appreciated! All check in info was spot on and didn’t really need any info beyond because it was easy and complete. Same for the check out. Got a quick message the day before with easy directions! Neighbors were great-they take care of getting trash can to the street and they’re very nice. Pool-awesome…deep! Back patio pretty and very peaceful any time of day or evening. No gators…lots of turtles. Grill was great! We did have to buy a lighter as we couldn’t get it lit. No biggie! Easy to clean, all the utensils you’d need! Nice to have beach toys for sand castles, lots of beach towels to use, some sunscreen. I saw some beach chairs, we just didn’t use them. Madeira beach is super close!! Also, beds a little hard (but we like that), and the bath towels, etc are amazing! There wasn’t a sheet for packnplay, so bring one. Showers were very nice! Loved the little touches of hand soaps, dish soap, etc - super handy. Wish there was one extra blanket just big enough for snuggling on the couch. We loved the living room as the couch just about held everyone, where we had great family time relaxing! We had 6 adults and 2 kids, 4 & 2 yr old, so plenty of space! We wished we’d had another day to just hang out at the property as the pool area was so nice-but we planned a bit too much. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay fantastic! (Oops-one request: a pan for the oven-unless we missed it) We loved this house & location! Sue & John (MN)
