Cozy, comfortable pool home centrally located close to beaches, boating, dining, and shopping. Fully equipped, brand new kitchen. Quiet, safe neighborhood with 24-hour check-in via door code for convenience. Private, fully fenced-in backyard with 6 ft deep in-ground heated pool and hot tub. Outdoor TV connected to wifi on the back patio. Lounge by the pool in comfy chairs or in the hammock and throw some food on the grill while catching the game! The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom, along with a bonus small room/closet to keep belongings or use for a pack-n-play set up area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which has 2 twin beds. Full kitchen with everything you need to make meals including: pots and pans, dishes, a crock pot, a mini crock pot for those game day dips, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, air fryer, and Ninja blender. All sheets and towels are provided. You will also find a pack-n-play with sheets, dining booster seat (not a full high chair), children’s plates, bowls, and cups, along with beach toys and a couple of coolers for your stay. Beach towels are provided. There is a washer and dryer on site. Smart TVs with Roku throughout and super fast Wifi included. Just a short drive to world-famous attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and Sea World (90 miles). Check out the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Beach, and Busch Gardens in the local area. There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door, a camera at the backyard gate, and a camera at the pool equipment for the safety and security of our guests and our home. There are NO indoor cameras, and our cameras do not face any doors, windows, or the pool/spa itself. If any cameras are tampered with, covered, or disabled in any way during your stay, your rental will end immediately with no refund. There is also a $250 fee for tampering per camera. There may be additional fees or fines for any actual damage to the camera equipment. We love FL, what a great place to vacation or live - and it is also loved by many others, including native wildlife of all kinds. At times, we've had unexpected visitors at our home/yard including lizards (fun!), birds, peacocks (beautiful!), armadillos, bugs/insects, and even possums (don't pet 'em). Most of these local guests stay outside, but on rare occasions, the very smallest of them can make it into any home. Rest assured, we spray for insects quarterly, so any you may find inside will be dead or will be not long after they have made it into the home (this includes Palmetto Bugs, which look like roaches, but are NOT German roaches). Location was convenient with distance to airport, restaurants, beaches, and other attractions within 15 minutes. The tree next to the pool left alot of leaves requiring it to be cleaned daily. There were sufficient pool nets to do so. There is a welcome book on the counter that will tell you how to operate the hottub and pool. The host is also helpful in answering any questions. Be aware that the pool and spa shutoff at 11 pm and dont turn back on until 830am. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen amenities. There are some very basic pantry items, so take a look before you go to the grocery store and plan accordingly if you like to cook during your stay. It’s in a central location to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants. We explored Clearwater, Treasure Island and Madeira Beach during our trip. The house was clean, well equipped and had plenty of beach towels, umbrellas and chairs for us to use. The pool and spa were enjoyed as well. It was nice coming back to the pool after a fun day at the beach and hanging out on the patio. Kristy is a great host and is and quick to respond to any questions we had. ##### Nicole W. Host was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Every inch of the place was clean. And instructions detailed in a guest book. The bedrooms are a bit smaller than the photos suggest. The house is a bit dark during the day unless you leave the lights on. The pool and spa were enjoyed tremendously. The house as well as the yard was immaculate and very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The property manager was extremely nice and very helpful. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything necessary. Host provided so much more than we're used to in rentals. I asked if there was an air fryer at the property and host had it waiting on us when we checked in. We all loved the pool and outdoor space. It was about 15 minutes from the beach and had a heated pool and hot tub in the backyard. We were in the pool and hottub a lot since the weather was a bit cooler. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything necessary to stay in and eat and was great to cook in and the bedrooms were good with comfortable mattresses. The room off the master bedroom is much larger than we expected and could easily sleep a 1 or 2 little kids. The only thing possibly missing was an extra chair for the living room. The back could stand some attention but the pool was very nice …so relaxing . The house was clean, and we encountered no issues during our trip. It was nice having beach toys and a pack-in-play for our littlest one. However, there are a couple of things to note: The "heated" pool isn't as warm as you might expect from a hotel; it only heats up to 85 degrees, which took the edge off the cold, but don't expect it to feel like a bath. It didn't stop our 3 year old from wanting to be in the pool even on the "colder" days of our trip! On the bright side, the hot tub gets plenty hot, up to 104 degrees. Also, the "highchair/booster" is just a basic booster seat. If you have an older infant learning to sit on their own, you might want to bring something more suitable, which we did.
