While we had been through the area many times by boat hadn’t stayed on land. When searching for a home this one stood out, we found the home better than the pictures used to illustrate it. There was ample brochures and menus to use to help guide decisions, coffee (pods and grounds) to the day started with and a “Florida Wraparound porch” with rockers to enjoy each cup and conversation! AC worked great, the high ceilings and ceiling fans added to the era when the home was originally built! If you can book it, you will be a hero for your party, it won’t disappoint.One added bonus is the follow-up of the host John & Lisa to be sure your expectations are met! ##### Jim W. Being previous vacation rental owners, we were amazed at and appreciated greatly the level of detail and thought that went into making this rental perfect for the guests. In addition, the house was immaculate and amazingly renovated. Everything needed was there and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere, including the sponge docks, downtown / pinellas ave, etc. The front porch was great for enjoying morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening.
