This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front. Great for vacation with family and friends! Complex features beachfront heated pool, shuffleboard and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player. Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! It was exactly as advertised, literally steps from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. There are excellent restaurants right across the street and I was expecting to see more damage in the area from the hurricanes but the property looks great and the area seems to be back to normal. The property was clean and was appropriately equipped for a family stay at the beach. We didn't get to utilize the pool, but it looked well maintained. The small cabanas by the pool were great to sit at for a meal to each with a great view of the beach, especially in the evening when the temperature is cooler. It was convenient to many of the local restaurants and shops as well. The location is central to restaurants and shopping, we only had to drive to get the grocery store. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night. The pool is a perfect temperature, and the beach is steps away. Additionally, Debbie, the owner of the condo is such a pleasure to work with. You are a stones throw from the beach and near a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops. The location could not be better for Indian Rocks and the condo itself is set up great and looks like the pictures. Just a few things to note - the front room with the king bed/master you can hear the traffic from the road. I am sensitive to sound but we were able to drown out the noise with an extra fan that was in the closet.The pool is used by the entire complex which when we were there was a mix of retirees, a group of couples and families. Not anything at all an issue but just something to be aware of. Also the pool stays in the shade until around noon which was nice. We will definitely be coming back! ##### Megan P. We chose this rental due to its location of being on the oceanside of Gulf Blvd. Upon entering, the unit was spotless. I also believe the apliances and countertops had been upgraded after the photos in the description were made. They are really nice! Be careful if you have a larger SUV or truck. It is somewhat difficult to pull in and back out of the spot. It is a very tight fit. We were also very close to eating places such as Guilty by Sea, Slyce pizza, and Crabby Bills. All were great! The ocean is only a VERY short walk ( maybe 50 steps). My only complaint was the noise in the king bedroom from the streer and the upstairs unit above us. We could hear every dootstep and chair being dragged. This is beyond the owners control, but just thought it should be known if this is important to you. This was our second trip to Indian Rocks Beach and we love it here. The house was as listed in the description. Perfect for our family. Close to local restaurants and shopping places. Our favorite place to eat in IRB is Crabby Bills. We were within walking distance to the restaurant even with carrying the infant. Property was clean and well maintained. There is a repair on the ceiling in the living room area that does not look as though it is complete yet. Just needs some primer and paint to finish it out. We only used the washer and dryer once due to the lint filter in the dryer not fitting properly. Our clothing was getting caught on the corner of it and it actually broke a strap on one of our items, so after that we decided to just wait until we got home to finish up. Other people had left reviews of loud music; however we only heard this one night from the neighbors and they were very respectful of the quiet nighttime hours so we had no issues with this.
