The Piñellas Trial is only a few short blocks away as well. We were not scared off or were not bothered by this comment! However, there are some small amenities that I have grown to appreciate the past few years- actual bottles of shampoo / conditioner / soap / lotion be provided. A plug for the tub, so I can actually take a bath. TV’s in the bedrooms. Mow the grass. Bottles of water provided. Just a few extra amenities to maybe add going forward. Also, some better pillows in the master bedroom and maybe not have torn screens in the back patio. Also I know it is FL, but maybe get the bugs in bathroom under control…..I kept having to wash down sink and the windowsill was full. ##### Janelle H.
