Close to award winning beaches, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach. Downtown Dunedin boasts 7 breweries, multiple pubs, a night club, a distillery, and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Come play with us! This 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex is where we raised our children, our Grandpa lived in the front unit. It is right in the middle of tons of things to do. There is a bedroom with a private bath, another bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and another bath that has a washer/dryer. We have provided beach supplies as well. Start your day with coffee from the Keurig machine and either cook in in the fully stocked kitchen or wander down the street to one of our many award winning restaurants. There is a large private back yard as well. Parking is provided. We didn't need to rent a car during our two weeks because we were able to use the Pinellas Path to bike to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs and many, many wonderful places in between. Groceries from Nature's Food Patch and the offerings in downtown Dunedin (with amazing views of the sunset) were both a short walk away.
