The condominium was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect. The doors had codes, so there was no need to worry about a key. The owner provided some essential items so we didn't have to spend extra money. They also provided a beach wagon, four beach chairs and a cooler. They were so quick to respond to any inquiry both before and during our stay. We didn't rent a car, but we really didn't need to because there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit. We definitely will be using this particular owner again!! I would give them a hundred stars if I could. ##### Alicia W. The property is ideally situated. It overlooks a dock and the bay, takes five minutes of walking to the beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Traffic in Clearwater Beach during the holidays can be egregious. The condo building itself is just off the main road, so it is easy to get in and out and is quiet at night.The condo itself was recently renovated. It is equipped with everything we need. We traveled with the elderly and a small child. We particularly liked the layout of the property, with a set of "suites" (a bedroom and a bathroom) on both sides of the condo. So at night residents in either end do not disturb each other.Kit and Gary are great hosts! The communications were smooth and they replied to our requests and questions promptly.
