A true 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit with 3 balconies all with water views. Updated condo with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, fireplace, pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Driving distance to several great local restaurants and shops. Kitchen: Fully equipped and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with in-the-door water and ice, dishwasher, microwave, blender, electric mixer, both a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, and breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available. Dining Area: There's a nice water view from the large window in the dining area with a 6-top dining table. Living Room: Plasma TV, DVD, stereo system, fireplace, sleeper sofa, and a balcony that has beach and Gulf of Mexico views. Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, ceiling fan, flat screen TV/DVD, plenty of closet space, an en-suite bathroom, intercoastal water views from the double window, AND your own private balcony that directly faces the intercoastal. Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The master bath has double vanity sinks with granite countertops and a large walk-in tiled shower. No tub. Bedroom #2: Has 2 Queen sized beds, ceiling fan, Flat screen TV/DVD, and water views through the large window. Bathroom #2: Granite countertop vanity and shower/tub combo Laundry: Full-size stackable washer and dryer located in the hallway. Outdoors: The property has a large heated pool, sun loungers, a hot tub, and multiple gas grills. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available on the property for guests to enjoy. Assigned covered parking, outside visitors parking, and luggage carts for use. This property sits right on the sand so you just walk past the pool to get to the wonderful beach! \*This building has an elevator. The unit is located in building II and is on the 5th floor. \-- Important Information House Rules: 1\. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2\. No parties or events. 3\. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4\. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. 5\. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied. Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is located limited and on a first come first serve. \-- Just to the South of the resort and over the bridge at Park Blvd, there's a CVS, Winn Dixie, multiple restaurants, and about a 10-minute drive up Park will take you to a large shopping district with more restaurants, Publix, shops, gym, and a movie theater. May 30, 2018 #### Perfect & Absolutely Awesome Place For A Vacation! Condo was much nicer than photos show. Everything we needed was there which made for a very enjoyable stay. We spent a lot of time on the balconies when we weren't on the beach. Almost every morning we were able to see dolphins which was cool. Definitely would return as we weren't ready to leave. Frank & Paula are great and even sent us a certificate to use at the Candy Kitchen where we had the best homemade ice cream ever. ##### Teresa M. Having stayed in many different condos in the last several years in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area, this was the best ever. Views from the three balconies are great - the pool area, beach and Gulf, and the inter-coastal waterway. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and entire condo has everything you need. Frank was very helpful and responded immediately any time we had any questions either on the phone or by email. Condo was missing beach chairs and an umbrella. Lots of beach gear in closet but most broken. Beach cabanas were available on beach however for $35 per day. Nice pool and hot tub. The delightful part was that it is just as clean and nice as it was then. Kudos to Frank and Paula for that! This condo is very comfortable, roomy and convenient to everything you may want to do, whether it be great restaurants, craft breweries, live music and of course any water activity you can imagine. Jul 26, 2023 Liked: Location, listing accuracy #### Beach was amazing however we will find another condo for our next stay this was a difficult property to find in regards to which unit and which parking garage. the unit had some prior damage from another guest and had some mold issues in the bathrooms. the elevator was out during part of our stay and we were locked out of the stairwell until another guest came down the stairs(unclear that we would need keys in addition to the codes) the hot and cold water faucets were in reverse in the guest bathroom the hot tub was out of order the overall cleanliness and ventilation of the main entrance and elevator were lacking. ##### bree s. The unit was immaculate and the king tempurpedic bed was the best sleep I have had in a long time. Other vacationers told me their units were outdated and had a smell from the bird sanctuary so I am glad I chose this unit. The best part is the massive patio and pool...it is simply a nice layout. The owners are very easy to work with and are available for any issues. Parking is right next to the elevators which are right next to the condo entrance. There are so many things to do from this building but it is also quiet. I would highly recommend to stay here. Again, it is completely brand new and updated...and the walk-in tile shower is beautiful. Added bonus is that from a kitchen perspective it has every device and/or utensil you will need to cook and a Keurig; plus a large balcony off the kitchen. ##### David S. Jun 22, 2023 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### The MOST HONEST REVIEW YOU'LL EVER READ Okay so this is going to be the most honest review. The condo isn’t the most clean. The rugs were dirty (all of them)! The air returns could use more cleaning, the grout in the bathrooms were black and needs to be replaced. The furnishings in the living room and dining room needs to be replaced. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils need to be replaced! I made my kids wear socks the whole time. Not to let their feet walk on the dirty floors. The balcony door doesn’t lock (dangerous). The rims of the toilets were filthy and black. Apparently the cleaners forgot to clean them. The bath tub in the guest bedroom was meh, the master bathroom shower was meh as well. The shower piece kept falling off. Ick! When we traveling we expect the place to look like the pictures. Nope! If you want a nice clean place to stay, this isn’t it. You need to keep looking. If you’re just needing a place to stay for a few days, then it won’t matter. The owners need to realize when renting condos, there’s normal wear and tear and then there’s a need to replace the old and worn out. This is one of those times. Stop renting to people if you can’t afford to keep the place in good working, and clean conditions for renters. It’s nasty and it gives greedy vibes. ##### Jameki G.
