Beach Place #206 - This is a highly desirable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner beachfront unit in sought after Beach Place Condos, near all the amenities. Bright and spacious, with incredible views, guests will feel right at home. The kitchen has been updated, and includes tray ceiling, pendant lighting, newer countertops and cabinetry. Up to six guests can comfortably sit at the kitchen table, enjoying a meal or playing board games. The living area with flat screened TV and leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the million dollar views of the pristine beaches and heated swimming pool while taking in the fresh Florida air. No doubt this is where you will spend the majority of your time relaxing.

Free Wifi This condo has 2 parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is large with two queen beds and attached bathroom with walk in shower and access to the outdoor balcony. The second guestroom also contains two queen beds with plenty of closet space and private bathroom. One full size bed is in the third guestroom which also has lovely views of Johns Pass. All three bedrooms have their own TV and are beautifully decorated for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Guests are not only steps away from the fabulous beach, pool and BBQ facilities, but also popular John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 ft pirate themed boardwalk. The Pass, is quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Perfect getaway

Beach Place is our favorite place to stay in Florida. The location is perfect so you can walk to almost anything you need. This condo was once of the best ones we have stayed in here. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was very well-stocked. We even had the tools we needed to use the on-site grills. We were afraid the sounds from the pool would be too loud, but they were not at all. We definitely will book this place again!

Large, well-situated beach front condo at Johns' Pass.

A quiet spacious corner unit with a pleasant view of the beach, pool and John's Pass Draw Bridge. The unit is large with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. It was very convenient to restaurants, shops and local attractions. I can agree with some of the other reviews. The furniture in the living area is very uncomfortable. The sofa cushions are over stuffed so that you roll to the side when you try to sit on it. I had to prop myself up with pillow to sit upright to watch TV. The carpet by the balcony could use some cleaning. But overall it gave us a convenient place to stay with ready access to the beach and the pool. Hopefully, the carpet will get cleaned and the sofa and love seat will be replaced. If so, I would be glad to stay there again.

Needs updating!!!!!!!

The area is beautiful, no denying that and the resort folks are kind and responsive however the place is old and dated. I was embarrassed when we arrived as I brought two people with me hyped about the trip. Pictures were not exaggerated but rather taken in the lightest conditions making them appear better. The floors were dirty, the carpet and furniture is in sickening need of a cleaning/ updating. Mold in the shower, sinks don't work and half of the lights didn't work. Could we have called maintenance? Sure but who wants them there during your stay? The painting was shotty and I felt like I was taken back in time to the 70's. To think I had planned this and saved my money to get my mom back to Florida where she stayed years ago as a suprise. Boy was I let down!! I can only imagine how she must have felt sleeping in a dungeon room each night. To think that I would have paid double for that corner unit. Price was not my concern. Though we felt sick everytime we returned back from an outing. At least the balcony let us escape but even there, doors looked shabby and the locks didn't work. Loved the views, breathtaking! And the accessibility to everything was nice. Pool was immaculate.

Great location, great views!

We reserved a three bedroom condo, hard to find! Necessary for three adult couples. 206 Beach Place Condo was a great location, excellent view of Gulf! The condo missed the mark on several easily fixed and important features. The beautiful deck was huge plus, would have been better e;joyed with chairs that were not ill repair and need of support. The couches and furniture in unit were old and sagging, needed upgrading, great kitchen and island, cheap uncomfortable chairs around island and kitchen table: A 3 bedroom condo with full kitchen should include pot holders and updated utensils, sub par no potholders and I had to purchase utensils. Rugs in condo needed replacement and TVs needed updating as did the faulty outlets: kitchen cabinets needed to be fixed, lazy Susan closest to the sink kept falling off hinges Property management spot on, pool clean and property clean, owners need to spend a bit more on their property to support the rental fees! We had a wonderful time, as stated before location was the best!

Well let me sum it up...the shower door was off track and wouldn't open and close properly, vacuum cleaner didn't work, balcony chairs were broke, light over table didn't work, the kicker-went to check out and no one was there at 9, so had to use drop key and couldn't get my cash deposit back..then I called and the lady was rude ...and the final part that would make me NOT rent again was when the lady "Stacy" was rude and hung up on me..disrespectful
