NOT Overlooking Pool! Expansive Views of Gulf North & South. Our vacation townhouse/condo in Indian Rocks Beach has the best of everything Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer for a perfect week, month or season. Our professional cleaning staff uses a steamer/disinfectant machine, gloves, and masks to ensure the cleanest environment possible. This direct gulf front second floor townhouse has a 50' common area of grass before you hit the sand. The beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico is as far as you can see! We are at the south end of this small complex well away from the hubbub of the pool, yet close enough for quick access for a dip or sitting poolside. We have on-site managers in our small 34 unit, four story condominium facility. Amenities include gas grills by the large heated pool to barbecue your favorite steaks or seafood. Don't feel like cooking? There are literally 10 restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk of this vacation paradise. There are Smart TV's in both bedrooms, as well as the living room. Included for your enjoyment is a small cooler, beach umbrellas, a tote, beach towels and chairs. Set your internal clock to beach time, bring your sunscreen and a laid back attitude :) Your kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing a gourmet meal to making smoothies. The king size bed in the master bedroom is luxuriously comfortable. There are 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, both with comfortable memory foam mattress toppers. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens. We are located in the Narrows of Indian Rocks Beach. A location extremely unique to all of Florida. From the living room balcony the ocean is about 150 feet away. Walk through the unit to the front entrance and to the Intracoastal Waterway only 100 feet in front of you! From the 2nd bedroom wake up to view a Florida sunrise over the Intracoastal. In the master bedroom the first thing you'll see in the morning is sun sparkling off the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and magnificent sunsets in the evening. The condo is our family's pride and joy. We do our best to keep it immaculate. It's a Townhome style, located on the 2nd floor of the building. On the entry level is the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bath. A stairway leads to 2 bedrooms and a full bath. An elevator is located about 80 feet from the front door for access to the pool and parking. Easy access to all the attractions, museums, music and sports activities in both St Petersburg and Tampa. Beautiful views from every window! Love you don’t have to go far to be in the sand, just a few steps. Super easy. 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we never felt cramped, had plenty of room. Condo had everything we needed, the beach supplies were a huge plus for us, saved us from trying to pack all of ours in. Beds are extremely comfortable. I have a back issue and always have to buy a topper on vacation, this is the first time in over 10 years I didn’t need one. This is a 10 star condo! Don’t look any further!!!!! Also this was the most beautiful beach to see so many different types of birds! Ive never seen so many. They all were just beautiful! The quick access to and from the beach was so convenient and the condo contained just about anything you could think of you may need. It was located in a perfect spot in between Clearwater and St. Pete. The short drive to either allowed us to enjoy a wide range of activities, restaurants, shopping and sight seeing in either direction. The owners were always available to answer any questions about the property or offer suggestions on things to do. If you fly into the St. Pete airport the drive was less than 20 minutes. The condo area is quiet and the morning view out the mater bedroom from the bed when you wake up is one you will not forget. Both the condo owner and property manager are very responsive and helpful. Instructions for check in, upkeep, and check out were clearly communicated. Had no issues the entire stay. Lastly, the condo itself was exactly as described in the listing with a really amazing view of the Gulf. Traveled with children, who liked that the property was not too "stuffy", nor just a free for all. Hopping down to the beach or pool was about as quick as any property we ever stayed at. The condo was very nice and spacious. It was clean and equipped with everything you would need. The owners have made it so easy to spend the day at the beach or pool. Chairs, toys, towels, etc., Our kids loved the fact that all we had to do was open the door, go down a flight of stairs and within a moment our feet were in the beautiful white powder sand. Waves were perfect for our kids and we felt safe having them in the water. Beachcombing was one our favorite parts of the day along with sitting on the balcony and watching the wildlife. We even spotted a couple of dolphins! Sunsets were breathtaking and waking up every morning to the sounds of the ocean was a delight. Another favorite of our children was the pool. Beautiful and clean. There are plenty of restaurants and stores close by. However, a short drive and you are in the shopping area of a local town. Thank you to owner, Bill and his family for making their guests feel welcomed and at home in their condo.
