Off-street parking for one car. Full kitchen with open access to living and dining areas. Area for office or studying as well. This home is just steps to Beach Drive and is situated in the Old Northeast-the best place to live in st Pete ! Close to all St Pete has to offer restaurants the beach shopping and museums all in walking distance! Walk along the winding Northshore Park trail and watch the dolphins play along the seawall. visit the world famous Saturday Morning Market and eat at fabulous restaurants just literally a few blocks from the studio. Enjoy an evening stroll to the pier and grab some fantastic Coconut shrimp from Doc Fords Rum Bar or jump over to Pier Teak for a Tiki style cocktail and sit under the tiki huts in the open air and laugh with the other patrons!
