You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Newly renovated Cottage! 1 mile from Downtown & St. Pete Pier

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy house is perfect for a get-away individual, couple, or small family that would like to be minutes away from downtown, the pier, the beach, amazing 5 star restaurants and more! It has a drive way that fits 1 car, and a porch perfect for you to start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee while feeling that warm Florida sun! We hope you enjoy your stay at "Le cottage".  
  
\*IMPORTANT\*  
Before booking please note:  
\- If you are booking in August-November I highly recommend getting booking insurance as we can get hurricanes during that time and can’t offer refunds. Thank you!  
\-Please do not open the back door located in the kitchen next to the stove, it is very hard to close and lock once it is opened.  
  
\-Please know there is a little step down from the living room to the kitchen.  
  
\-We take pride in keeping this property very clean, but we do allow pets, so if you are allergic to pets please book at your own discretion.

We provide 3 water proof covers; 1 for the couch, 2 for the beds. We kindly ask you leave them on for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to pick up after your animal, and any damages will result in a charge directly to you.
