Kitchenette: Bright and efficient with microwave oven, cooktop, lots of counter space, drip coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, basic spices & oil. Everything you need to make delicious meals at home. Living & Dining: Comfy sofa lounge, smart TV, dining table for four, board games + playing cards. Bathrooms: 1 full bath (shower/tub combo) on the first floor; 1 half bath upstairs inside the guest bedroom. Getting Around: We’re a quick drive to Treasure Island & St. Pete Beach, and steps from the Pinellas Trail—take the cruiser bikes for a easy ride to coffee, parks, and waterfront spots. Downtown St. Pete’s museums and restaurants are close by. Bikes: Hop on the Pinellas Trail right next to the house—paved routes to parks, cafes, and downtown corridors. 6 cruiser bikes included (pump in shed).
