Stayed for 7 nights 10/27 - 11/3\. Look no further, this condo is exceptional. And the development is in the perfect location, directly on the beach, beautiful pool overlooking beach, two high end natural gas grills, and also directly across street from John's Pass where there is a great shopping village, charter fishing, dolphin and sunset cruises, jet skis, kayaks, etc. Great restaurants too! This particular unit is 100% remodeled, granite counters, top of the line appliances and fixtures, reclining leather sofas, big screen smart TV's including in bedrooms, beautiful flooring, brand new beach chairs, brand new everything. Every detail was thought of by the owners. It lacks for nothing. Absolutely loved it and will definitely return to this unit.

#### Excellent Stay

Property was newly renovated, and was done nicely. It was clean upon arrival. It offered many amenities, and if assistance was needed, the property manager was always quick to respond. Location was great! The only think missing, was it wasn’t a true oceanfront view, but we knew that when booking. We would rent this property again, if available.
