This spacious home has comfortable furniture, wood floors, an office, ceiling fans, laundry, dishwasher, bikes, fenced patio area with a grill in the back and open porch in the front. It's also nicely decorated. The location is very central in a historic neighborhood close to the hip Grand Central district, with easy access to downtown and the beaches. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. So my family and I booked this place to be near my mom for the holidays. Let’s go Pros and Cons. Pros: Its in historic Kenwood, which has a pretty progressive downtown area that still operates most shops and restaraunts. The shops are 5 minutes by car, maybe 20-30 mins by walking. The house is spacious, and well furnished. The beds were super comfortable as well as the sofa. The kitchen came well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans. The house is old, old (like 1930,40 ish) so it has a nice old house charm, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. CONS: The house is ooollldddd, so if you don’t like old houses this isn’t for you, but like I said, you wouldn’t know it was old unless you researched, it’s super maintained. Really low water pressure in the shower and washing machine, but everything heats up just fine. The back patio looks as if it hadnt been cleaned in a while, but once cleaned up it’d be an awesome place for a barbecue. They did have a charcoal and gas grill, the gas grill hadn’t been cleaned and there were Roaches in it. The animals skin rugs all over the house were kinda gross. ##### Brian L.
