Designed with a beach-inspired theme, this retreat offers a breezy open layout, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony perfect for soaking in sunsets. With resort-style amenities on site and dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby, it’s an ideal escape that blends a laid-back coastal vibe with the convenience of a prime location. This condo is situated on the third floor of a seven-story building, with elevator access. Upon entering the condo, you\`ll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a luminous living area that opens onto a balcony with views of Gulf Blvd and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, offering the same stunning vistas as the living room and balcony. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to a separate bathroom in the hallway, making it ideal for both couples and children. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided within the condo. Across the street from the sand and a quick walk to John’s Pass Village. Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building. Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle. The resort is walking distance to John\`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals. Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests\` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance. This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John\`s Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you\`re looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day. Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas. If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc. Please Note\* - There is only one elevator that services this building.
