Impeccably clean. I traveled with my partner and infant daughter. The location is walkable to the beach, but it's not super close especially in the heat. Upon arrival there were no nonstick pans that were usable but the property manager did provide them. Its a non-smoking neighborhood including all common areas, which wouldn't be a problem except that my bf survived a catastrophic accident and has his medical marijuana card. He was told that he couldn't smoke anywhere on the property even outside by security. It made for a less than relaxing vacation upon being harassed by security. ##### Lauren R. The host, Lisa is a fantastic communicator and easy to work with. If you’re planning a boys or girls noisy or rowdy gathering, this is not your place. HOA rules are strictly enforced by on-site security and the neighbors will complain about rule infractions. We brought our boat and loved having it tied to the dock for easy access and use. We loved sitting out on the back porch in the morning we actually saw a few dolphins swim up ..kids were so happy. Pool and the hot tub were very nice.
