My place is centrally located so that you can get to downtown shopping, restaurants and the new Pier—or drive to the Gulf beaches—in less than 15 minutes. The guest suite is separate from the house and has its own parking. Let yourself in via private entrance using the keyless lock. The space includes a kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and cooking options. Fast wifi, 55" 4K TV with streaming apps, and a full-size soaking tub are a few of the many comforts. THE SPACE Thoughtfully designed single room and bath. Kitchenette, trundle bed, expandable workspace/dining table, storage armoire. GUEST ACCESS The entire guest suite is yours, the paved walkway has outdoor seating, and there’s ample parking for two vehicles, a camper, small boat, etc. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Parking is behind the house, and there is room for two vehicles.
