LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner. PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines: \-Must remain under handler control at all times. \-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose) \-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability. \-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal. \-Must be house broken. The only two gripes I have is that the master bathroom shower water pressure was weak and the house has three bedrooms which can sleep 6 people very comfortably, so I don’t see a valid reason why there is a surcharge when there is a 5th & 6th person staying at the house. Check-in and out were easy and the property manager was always available. The side street location allows for maximum peace and serenity for your morning coffee overlooking the harbor. Great views of sunrise and sunset on the rooftop deck. My niece loved the ping pong table. Not a far walk to the beach. We actually walked everywhere we wanted to go without issue. The property is in a great location--on a quiet offshoot of Coronado but only minutes from the beach, restaurants, etc. The pool was perfect for our kids to swim in. The kitchen was well equipped to cook just about anything, including a new grill on the patio. The washer and dryer were brand new as well. It's clear the owners care about the property and the experience their guests' have. The hosts were also great with communication from start to finish. We had a small miscommunication on the availability of a pack and play, and the host remedied it within a few hours. Jul 7, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wonderful Townhome This townhouse was beautiful and included many unexpected items, such as beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, a wagon, and beach towels. Everything you need and would expect, such as TP, paper towels, dishes, etc., was included in plenty. The AC worked wonderfully, which was important in the Florida heat. All three kids, including two teenage girls, loved the location, spaciousness, pool, ping pong table, rooftop, and having their own bathroom. This townhome is a short 10-minute walk (with a five-year-old, probably shorter for adults only) from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater, FL. We enjoyed a Threshers Baseball game, the Clearwater Aquarium, and a dolphin tour, which are all either walkable or within a very short drive. Tons of restaurants and shopping locations are also within walking distance. We were also treated to a delightful fireworks show from the causeway, which we had a great view of from the rooftop. This was an extra bonus that we didn't know about. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful location for a great vacation! ##### P N. The rooftop was our favorite place to have coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise and a great way to end the evening while watching the sunset. Lots of good places to eat around us and the beach is just a couple of blocks away. House was clean and having the elevator was a major plus considering it is a 4 level condo. The pool was nice. We ended up at this condo kind of last minute because of a mixup with a different condo reservation but I’m so glad we did! We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, great location, beautiful views, every last little detail with thought about! The a/c had a problem for one day while we were there but they fixed it absolutely as fast as possible and it wasn’t their fault. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was just how hot the pool was, and yes, it was actually hot, not just warm. Again, not really anyone’s fault, and idk if there’s anything that can be done to fix that issue but it was just kind of a bummer that we couldn’t really swim and cool off while at the condo. But besides that it was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again if possible!! Oh yeah, the elevator was a very cool feature that we used quite a bit, it was great for taking luggage and groceries up and down! ##### Lindsay k.
